Link Related Query

How to add links in our PMs? If I write FF then I want to send pm to our buddies about update then
I've to give link in www... format but some members Write '' My ff update'' and when we click on this its a link to their page. How I can do this?

Itx simple if you want to do this 

Write the text ,Select it and click on hyper link button insert your link and click ok..
