KD remembers something and says this was the same place where Varun chased him and the biker had fallen. Varun nods his head. KD notices the helmet and tells Shayan not to say that it's not his as his name is written in the helmet. Shayan says his helmet was missing since three days and KD again doesn't believe him. Shayan keeps on repeating the same while KD finds a hair inside te helmet and says it's not Shayan's but a girl's. He sends the hair for DNA test and continues. He asks Shayan does he doubt anyone? Shayan says he doubts Yogi as Shaila was saying he threatened her yesterday. KD notices that Yogi is missing and the police had to search for him.
The court is adjourned and Simran gets a call from Yogi while she's walking outside. She asks him where he is and also tells that police is searching for him. Yogi is worried and he says he didn't kill Chanchal. Simran notes down his address and decides to meet him in the evening. Varun hears her conversation.
The biker who killed Chanchal is shown attaching a wire to Yogi's bike. KD and Varun reach at the place and spot Yogi there. KD calls him but he thinks police too is there and in a frightened mood, starts his bike in a hurry. KD notices the wire attached and even the fire made by the biker moving rapidly towards Yogi's bike. He warns him but it's too late and there's a blast in which Yogi too dies. The biker gives them a thumbs up and runs away. Varun too starts his bike and chases him. KD understands it's a trap and sits in a car saying the driver to chase them. The chase of Varun continues and KD gets out of the car and moves down in the other way. He comes at the roadside and spots Varun and the biker coming. The biker moves ahead and while Varun is coming, KD notices a string attached to the trees, he quickly picks up a stone and manages to break the string from between. Varun is safe and the plan works out.
Next day in the court, DNA report is brought and the hair is Shaila's. She's shocked and appears in the witness box. She says she doesn't know how to drive a bike and has no idea how her hair came in the helmet. She blames Simran and tries to defend herself. KD asks her how do they believe she doesn't know how to drive a bike? She says he can ask Simran of Shayan.
KD calls Simran and she confirms that Shaila doesn't know to drive a bike. KD asks her does she know then? Simran says she knows a bit, KD reveals she gained 6th rank in the motorcycle rally and so is an expert in her group. Simran says she is but there's one more person who's even more better than her but loses because he doesn't cheat like others. She names Shayan.
KD calls Shayan yet again and says that Simran's statement may increase his problem. Shayan smiles and says he told earlier that his bike is in the garage then how can he be the killer. KD tells him that he talked to his mechanic Anthony and he too explained the same problem which he told in the court. KD further says he may be speaking the lie and even paid Anthony to speak the same.
Shayan is speechless and KD says he has full faith that if he sees the bike, he can derive a conclusion. The prosecutor asks that now will he take the whole court to the garage? KD says sometimes water can be derived from the well and then taken to the thirsty person. He clues Varun and he gets up and then enters with Shayan's bike. KD says sorry to the judge as he didn't seek his permission before deciding to take the bike inside the courtroom.
KD notices the silencer and there was just dust and no rust. He then says the bike must not be in the condition to start as it was in the garage and presses the self start button. The bike starts and Shayan still stands speechless. KD says his lie is exposed now and tells him to speak the truth. Shayan says he spoke lie to save himself, when he came to know someone copied his number plate, he tried to save himself in fear and his bike was with him only.
KD doesn't believe he's innocent and proceeds. He shows the red soil on the bike wheels and says the area in which Varun chased the biker had the same red soil. Shayan says there are many areas which have the same soil and the prosecutor supports him. KD spots a chewing gum stuck on the tyre and says while saving Varun, his chewing gum was dropped on the ground and the same on is stuck on the tyre. Shayan says many people throw gums in the way and it must be one of them. KD says it will be proved via DNA test and takes the chewing gum out with a scalpel. He hands it over to a policeman and then only Shayan accepts that he was the biker who killed everybody including Chirag. KD reveals the chewing gum wasn't his and it was just a plan to trap him. Shayan further says he took the bike from Faisal and it always had some technical problem. When Faisal didn't pour oil, he did that and even threatened Yogi and Chanchal.
