Anandi goes with food to B&G room and pleads them to have food and to forget about what happened. They don't need to forgive her, but should atleast eat. Gehna says they are not going to be convinced by her false words. Anandi pleads with her that they should atleast feed Nandu. Basanth yells at her to go away. They know how much concern she has for Nandu. Gehna too tells her to go away. Anandi comes down sadly and leaves without eating.

Sumitra tells Bhairav that probably Anandi's progressive thought is hurting the family. Bhairav tells Sumitra why she is thinking this way. Its not Anandi's fault in whatever happened. He says that they used to praise Anandi for being unbaised and now when the matter concerns their own family, they are questioning her. He leaves in a huff.
The next day morning, Anandi sees Nandu happily playing with his friends. Anandi wishes that the grown-ups would learn from the children who have moved on since their fight. Basanth too snubs Bhairav during business. Gehna starts cooking separately for Basanth and Nandu. When Anandi offers to take Nandu to school, Gehna tells Nandu that henceforth he will only go out with Basanth or Gehna. When Nandu says he wants to go to Anandi, Gehna warns him not to go to her and makes him swear that he won't go. Anandi sees this and feels bad
Meanwhile Bhairav tries to console Sumitra, but Sumitra says its too late. Maasa would have never let this happen. She fears what she will tell Maasa when she returns and questions her. Bhairav says time will heal everything. Sumitra sticks to her point that Anandi should not have given judgement, since the price of that judgement is being paid by her family.
The next day Anandi goes to the terrace to dry clothes and sees Nandu playing. Anandi tries to call him, but he hesitates remembering Gehna's words. Anandi goes to Nandu and tries to talk to him, but Nandu runs away.
In the godown Basanth yells at someone for not doing some work due to which the grain is all destroyed. Basanth starts yelling badly at the man and says that he will have to make up the loss from his salary. The worker rebels that he is not at fault and he cannot be subjected to such injustice. Bhairav comes there and manages the situation. He makes the worker apologise to Basanth. After everyone leaves, Basanth tells Bhairav to stop showing off in front of everyone and to leave him alone.
Precap : Basanth hands over the books to Bhairav and tells Gehna to pack as they are going to be leaving the haveli. Everyone is shocked.
