Poha Receipe
for this Ingredients are
1) Thick Poha
2) 1 big onoin chopped in small pieces
3) 3-4 green chilies (depending on how spicy you want) cut in small pieces
4) Curry Leaves 4-5
5) Roasted Ground nuts optional
1)Soak poha in water...you can do this by putting poha in strainer and running it under water .Kepp it aside for few mins
2) In a kadai or pan of that shape , put oil , mustard seeds, curry leaves , chillies and onion
3 Let them fry in oil
4) Then add tea spoon of turmeric powder , salt to taste and a pinch of suagar
5) Add Poha to it and stir .
Put the lid on pan and let it cook for 5-7 mins
you can garnish this with cut corriander and lemon jiuce
Server it hot....may be fried Rice PApad
