As promised to Baa, Ahem & Gopi had come to mall to get her watch repaired. As they came to the mall, Ahem parked his car, walked to the other side of the car & opened the door for his wife. In the past, when Kinjle's rishta was being fixed with the Mehta's , there was a time when Ahem had to wait for Gopi because his mom had asked him to do so. Then Ahem could not stand Gopi & he hated that he had wait for her !!! That day as Gopi sat in the car, he asked her to put the seat belt & as she did not know, he was irritated that he had bear this Gawar!!! But today he loves her dearly & his heart flutters being with her. He longs to spend time with her & just be with her. She rules his heart, mind & soul & he deeply knows she is very precious for him !! He treated his lady with utmost love & respect. He held the door of the car for her & waited for her...'.and latter as they were climbing the steps & the crowd pushed her, he stepped back & enveloped her from all sides to ensure she is safe !!! As a husband one of the vachan he had taken during their wedding is to protect her at all times & with him around her, he ensures she is always protected from anything which effects & troubles her !!!
As Ahem realized Gopi was not next to him to take the escalator, he turned around to see her scared & hesitating!! Even without her saying a word, he knew she was scared of the escalator & told her not to worry as he was there. With her still not comfortable, he explained it to her that there was no other way but to take the escalator to reach the store'..and that he will be there with her, just beside her supporting her. He held her hand to make her feel comfortable & to trust in him that he is always with her !!! For Ahem a businessman was once ashamed of introducing his gawar wife to his business associates & friends, but today he feels nothing but just love for her. In love there is no ego nor pride but just wanting to see the one you love being happy with you !!! The same businessman today knows his wife has not seen the world & is innocent . He knew she was scared of an simple escalator & neither did he shout on her, nor get irritated with her, he step down to her level of explaining & cajoled her to believe in him that he is always there for her !!! He put his words to actions as he held out his hand for her to hold so that he could lead her. As she was about to lose her balance on the escalator, he pulled her close to himself & held her & reassured her that he was there for her !! As he held her close to himself, he was lost in her beauty & innocence on her face & his heart was filled with love & desire which he wanted to share with her & in return feel her love for him !!!
As Gopi got on to the escalator with her Ahemji next to her holding her hand, & as she lost her balance, she saw him pulling her closer to him supporting her. With her husband caring for her, protecting her , being there for her & holding her, Gopi's happiness knew no boundaries !!! Her heart fluttered with love for him & her heart, mind & soul confirmed it to her that he was with her saathiya, her love & her reason to live life !!!
As they were at the end of the escalator, Ahem knew Gopi was scared of getting down. He knows his wife is a child at heart & he explained it to her as he would explain a child on how to get down so as to relax her & make her feel comfortable !!! Even as they got out of the escalator, Ahem never even for a second left her & held her close to him !!! Gopi's happiness, safety, her wellbeing have become Ahem's world & he has started to enjoy his responsibility as her husband !!!
Ahem looked on as Gopi explained to the shopkeeper on what was the problem with the watch & as she picked up the bright coloured watch strap as per baa's choice. He knows & also has acknowledged it in the past that she knew things related to family & home better than him. He loves & trusts her that he feels comfortable to let her take decisions in things which she is best !!!
As Ahem & Gopi realized that Baa's watch was mixed up with someone else's watch, they reached the address given by the shopkeeper to ensure they had baa's watch back with them as Baa had sweet memories attached to it !!! Ahem asked Gopi to wait in the car as he went to collect the watch !! At that place as he waited , he heard a voice which was familiar & Ahem turned around to see his past in front of him !!!
With his past love in front of him, will Ahem's heart still feel the love he has for his wife? His past was out of sight & hence was it out of mind so far??'.but with his past in front of him, will his heart tug him towards his past ?? Once in the past, Ahem did not stand up for his love because he wanted to see his mom happy , today will he stand up for the love he feels for his wife when he is faced with the pressure of his past !!! Ahem does love his wife Gopi dearly, but is his love for her so deep that it will give him strength to overcome his own past behavior where he himself had hurt his wife with his rude behavior & harsh words !!! Will his love be strong enough to fight his wife's sacrificing nature who will put his happiness above hers assuming that he still loves his past & not her ?? Will he be able to tell her that he loves her dearly & he cannot live without her & only wants to be with her & none else & not because of his mom wants him to do so !!! Will he have the courage to tell her about his past & tell her that he does not feel anything for her now & that he now loves her & only her or will he try to put the past away as it never happened & this may in turn lead to misunderstandings between them !!
In the past, Ahem told Gopi that he loves only Anitha & that he got married to her only because of his mom & that she will never be his love & his wife '..today though he has not told her he loves her in words , he has shared his love for her to feel it through his actions'..Gopi knows he cares for her & always wants to see her happy & also loves her !!! But with him not remembering the special day they spent together , she is hurt & confused & now if she gets to know about his past, how will she react? For Gopi, Ahem's happiness is her 1st priority...will she assume that since he has not expressed his love & also does not remember that special day, that he still loves his past & will she sacrifice her love, her husband to his past even if it shatters her ???
