Vasu's long lost mama comes from his native place and observes some neighborhood women gossiping abt Amudha's behaviour while purchasing veggies. He comes inside and commiserates with with Vasu and Visa and tells them that by bringing Amudha, they have shamed the family. they have lost all respect in their native place and it is high time they ditched her. Visa also tells Vasu to divorce Amudha and remarry a girl of his uncle's choice.

but Vasu screams that he trusts Amudha and she is innocent and all she did was kill a bad guy who came with bad intentions and that he is proud of her act. All he wants to do now is to bring her out. His mom questions if that is his final decision and when he confirms it, she goes inside the kitchen, pours kerosene on her and right on cue, Vasu comes and saves and cries saying all I have got is you, please dont leave me and mom and son cry. Having done the deed that he came to do, mama leaves.

Chellams pacing RS Garments office floor, measuring it. She is waiting for lawyer Thangavelu when his assistant comes by. She wants to meet Amudha first to clarify things and that way she can prove Moorthy came over with bad intentions.

At AC office, SR questions Amudha and Bell as to that night's happenings in such a detailed manner that it embarrasses Amudha. Finally, SR tells that they have to confess to being in bed together in an illicit relationship and killed Moorthy coz he witnessed it and that somehow she will make them agree to it. She says ok, he said his car was in trouble and then u say he tried to rape you, how, what did he do? why didnt u cry for help and when u did, how come only Bell heard it and came over, etc. she screams that she will get their confession and goes out.

Outside chellams is wating and she comes inside and Amudha cries at her, saying SR is intent on prosecuting them and to leave her alone. Chellams freezes.

The episode opens with Vadai sees drunkard Vasu in bed.Visa asks Vadai to end the relationship between Amutha and Vasu so that they will goto their village and she can arrange another marriage for Vasu. Vadai pleads that they should be supportive in bringing out Amutha from jail but she is talking to end the relationship. Visa relative, one old man asks Vadai what action he has taken to bring out Amutha. Vadai couldn't answer. The old man says he knows Vadai has not taken any action. Vadai tells CM is doing necessary works for bringing out Amutha. The old man asks who is she? Vadai shocked. He hesitantly tells she is his wife. The old man says Vadai is taking so much time to tell who CM is. He says he knows Vadai and CM are not living together now. He asks Vadai why he has left CM. He itself answers for the question that Vadai didn't like CM and AK relationship and so he left CM. He says then what is wrong if Vasu leaves Amutha for the same reason. Vadai couldn't talk. Visa in her part scolds Vadai for not having brain to live with his wife. She says why all the members in his family are like vazha vetties. She continues that Amutha couldn't give birth to a baby and she has cheated them in Jewels matter but they had adjusted everything but hereafter they wont adjust and asks him to end the relationship. Vadai gets furious. He shouts that he wont allow Amutha into this house hereafter and gives some sabams " Neenga nallavae irukka maateenga" and leaves.

CM comes to courier office and meets two girls (Amutha's Collegues) who have sit behind CM in court scene. She asks them about the character of manager. One of the girl says they are proud for Amutha as she had done great thing by killing that manager. They say about the manager's bad character. CM pleads them to tell all this in court so that she can bring out Amutha easily. The girls hesitate as their parents wont allow them to court as they will scare about their future. But CM asks them to do that for Amutha. The girls again denies that they had came to court that day without their parents consent and they cannot come. Then one girl tells only one person can tell all the truth. CM asks who is she? She says Jayanthi as she is very close with the manager and she only did setuping the girls for the manager. CM asks where she can meet her. The girl tells she has gone to foreign after hearing Amutha is the murderer. Then they leaves. CM thinks.

At Art's home Vadai polambifying about Amutha's future and Visa's sayings. Art consoles him. Vadai's brother scolds CM for all the mess. Art scolds Vadai for not talking patiently with Visa as its Amutha's future. Vadai too scolds CM and tells how he has helped CM all the way when she was in trouble but she has betrayed him. Vadai's brother consoles him and tells he will try to talk with Vasu and solve the issue.

At mental hospital doctors give shock treatment for Thavasi. Then they takes him in wheel chair. Thavasi blabers Sneha's name continuously. Doctor calls him but he calls Sneha.. Sneha..

Vadamalai's brother Sundaram comes to Vasu's house for futile peace talks . Pleads with Vasu's mummy & mama , not to take hasty decision regarding divorce , pay little credence to paper news , says Amudha is a good girl with good upbringing , honest to her husband , begs that Vasu & his family should stand by her in this hour of crisis. Visa & Mama in no mood to pay heed to this lectures , they list Amu's thiru viLayadalgaL , right from leaving the house & staying with a friend to stealing & lying about gold jewellery to murder etc etc. Mama goes over board in doubting her chastity up on which Sundaram losing his temper raises his hand on mama. Vasu comes out of his room hearing this commotion, gets wild at Sundaram & hits back for whacking his uncle & drives him out of the house.All this happen with door wide open. Ultimate beneficiary are the neighbours ' free show - got cud to chew.

CM , MA & baby Ratna travelling in an auto. CM spots Vadai entering a shop with Barathi. CM immediately halts the auto & goes in to the shop with MA & Baby following. CM konjufies Barathi from a distance without Vadai's knowledge. Seeing this MA decides to initiate talks with Vadai. CM dissuades her but MA leaves Ratna with CM & goes to meet Vadai. Suddenly MA disappears from the scene & CM is shown frantically searching for her.

Hospital scene ' Beach still on drip & oxygen mask. Salpeta Jr. Comes & about to pull out the oxygen mask when a hand clutches her from behind ' the officer who appointed her . He takes her aside , tells her vandavaLam has jumped the tracks , he has learnt that she is an ex convict ' pink slip handed over - quit & run immediately or else police will be called.

Street ' CM with Baby still searching for MA. Gets a call asking her to go to a certain police station.

Police station ' MA seated along with some shady looking women. MA parents along with Solai labo dibonu entering. Innocent MA explains what happened ' went in search of Vadai & Barathi & police arrested. Police have different version ' MA was standing along with the shady women on the bus stand luring customers. CM comes along with baby. MA asks CM to explain to the inspector. Right at the time AC SR calls CM , scorns her [CM's] CID job at RR courier , warns CM not to cross swords with her , in an attempt to prove her power authority informs CM that reporters are on their way with cameramen to the police station. Yet another of CM'c family member's manam will fly in the air ' next day front page will carry MA's photo along with the shady women'. Freeze on CM face ' expression puriyala.

Over to Swash for CM bashing - sure MA mom tongue sharpened - CMku beatings from all sides - so what for CM idhellam jujubi

R.S. Garments. CM in her cabin giving orders to some one. NRL arrives. The staff is asked to go. CM asks NRL to sit. NRL hasn't come there for virindhu. Hands over an envelope to CM. What is it asks CM. Vasu's resignation letter. CM is shocked, bolts out of her seat in slow motion. Is there any problem asks CM (idhu ungaLukkE romba adhigamaa thONala??) NRL gives her back, after being the Creative Head, why asking me? Have lost the maanam, mariyadhai etc etc, only have Vasu left. If NRL has to retain Vasu he should never be near CM ever. NRL has to sit and talk with a little patience. CM will do all she can to bring Amudha out. NRL has had enough. We are here because of the trust we had in you she barks. Got his brother's divorcee married to her son, the one who murdered in self defence has earned a blemish on her character, even your husband has kept you away - Vasu is suffering all because of one person he trusted - CM. Even when her thadimaadu brothers had kept her away Vasu trusted and supported her. Thanks for the middle street address fumes NRL. CM patience personified wants NRL to listen to her (this CM female is just wholly irritating) They are going back to Trichy. NRL is ready to fall at CM's feet - they just need to be left alone. NRL storms out of the room. CM left standing.

Pearl feeding Rathna. Poetry arrives in an auto with her kid. Is welcomed by Pearl who konjufies Poetry's kid too. Poetry lets the child down and asks Pearl had to visit the police station because of CM. Don't know how many of us are yet to come to the streets because of her.Pearl's mother joins in. All of them curse CM and all waiting to pounce on her. Mrs.Garden joins the chorus. Wants Poetry to move in with them. AC SR is hell bent on spoiling our names. To stay alone is unsafe. Pearl's mother asks if NRL is okay with Poetry. NRL always likes Poetry. CM abuse continues with Vasu's story retold. Mrs. Garden calls every one for grub after mouthing that that man headwriting that that man has to undergo. Poetry is on an vrath, theemidhiching at the kula deivam temple.

Pearl asks Poetry theemidhiching won't the feet get burnt? Visalam tappu tappunu kannathula pOttundu tells Pearl ummaachchi kaNNa kuththum if you talk like this(avanga kEttadhu oru layman question - idhukkellaam saami kuthamaa? edhukku Saamiyakooda vidaama villain aakureenga)They ask the reason, because of all problems begining the day Beach mama went to save CM and got the bullet wound. Everything seems to be going wrong. Visalam is confident that amman will listen to Poetry. Pearl also wants to go, Visalam says all of them can make a trip to the kuladeivams. Mrs. Garden warns not to let CM know, otherwise she too would join in and instead of making the trip to kuladeivams they would have to make a trip to the police station. The whole crowd dumbfounded.

NRL getting all things loaded onto a lorry. Paying off the milkman. Poetry arrives in an auto minus the kid. Asks Baby why vacating house. Baby answers that they do not have anyone here, going back to ooru. Vasu too mouths the same. The mama too feels will settle down in the ooru with whatever maanam mariyadhai left. Poetry feels people will talk rubbish, but if they vacate and leave now, they will think the story is true.Poetry's talk is of no use, informs them of the theemidhi at kuladeivams. NRL is handing over the keys to Vadai who is okay with them cutting off relationship with Amudha. Poetry came to take baby to theemidhi, but now she too will shift. Vasu turns back,looks at the house, remembers some romantic moments with Amu.

CM packing dabba. The keeraikaari selling, CM rushes out to call Rukku - the keeraikkaari. CM buys arakeerai after the initial kusalam visaarichings for her brother loves keerai. Goes to get money, Rukku is happy with CM being her first customer. CM comes back with money and two apples for the kid accompanying Rukku. While giving apple to the kid, finds the right hand of the kid is burnt. Rukku says he touched the firewood when she was cooking the earlier day. CM rushes in to get medicines. Applies it feeling sad for the kid. Rukku wonders how CM has left Bharathi with Vadai. The medicine is given to Rukku to apply later too. Rukku's words ring in CM's ears even after Rukku leaves. Remembers Bharathi on Vadai's shoulder at the departmental store.

Pearl's father arrives. CM welcomes him, he comes in but refuses coffee. His tone sends some message through. Just has to season the spinach, the dabba is otherwise ready. Pearl's father says that Beach is just on the road to recovery, so the dr. asked them to give food from the hospital itself. So no need of food, Oh only this, CM was scared. CM has cooked for all, take the dabba. Pearl's father refuses, they will eat in the canteen too. CM insists, so he finally asks if she really understands or is just acting...

Pearl's father continuing from yesterday, if CM is talking knowingly or unknowingly. Going to the police station and courts might be jujubi for CM but Pearl cannot take it (Daddyji neither can we take it - konjam avangaLukku puriyarappla sollunga pls) We all have something called sky and respect, so stay away from us he requests. The spinach vendor comes to our street too, we too know to cook and we will take care of our maaps. CM has to just mind her own business (ayya - ulagathula nadakkira ellaamE avanga businessnu solravangakitta) He leaves again reminding her to stay away which would be good for both. CM gives a shocked and hurt lookaama. (actually think we too should stay away - thaangala)

Hospital - A police jeep and car comes. The inspector with a couple of constables and Thavasi come to see Beach. Garden, AV, Pearl, Visalam, Pearl's daddy look on kind of shocked. Garden stares at Beach, AV keeps him away from pouncing on Thavasi. The whole police group goes into the room. A fellow records it on a video camera. Beach welcomes Thavasi and gives his vaakkumoolam begining with the statement, am saying this with full consciousness (conscience thaan kaaNaamapOchch) Vaakkumoolam in mute (habbaa my time konjam nallaa irukkupOla today) The family impatient. Beach finishes his statement with ava romba nallava, this is what happened, and he does not want to blame anyone. Thavasi in tears, kai eduththu kumbitting. Beach's burden off his shoulders - the inspector looks at him thoughtfully while Beach is looking at the ceiling.

CM comes in an auto to Art's house calling for her. Art in the room is not happy hearing her aNNi. Why have you come is Art's question. CM thought that only Art & Black had understood her but Art seems to be changed. Art has understood her too well (ungaLathavira unga serial-la nallavanga irukkavEkoodaadhunu) Only Black is blabbering without understanding. Amudha is in the prison because of CM. CM asks if her brother said anything, why only you should be loving towards your siblings questions Art. It is alright when hubby dear and siblings havent been supportive it is okay for Art to be such. But now CM wants to see Bharathi, has not come to fight. Vadai has gone out with Bharathi. Suddenly CM's voice becomes too soft and sombre. The other day Vadai played games waiting at the end of the street. CM cannot take this anymore, just call Bharathi for she is sure, that the baby is inside. Art asks if she is paying this visit only to quarrel.

Black comes from the backyard with Bharathi, konjing her. He is happy to see CM, gives Bharathi to her. Mummy konjing her baby is very cute. Art is unhappy, irritated. Black offers to get cold drinks for CM. Art bursts out that CM is not some important guest, the reason for Amu kambi counting is CM. Black tries telling that Amudha has committed a murder. Art blames CM for Vasu leaving, Amudha & Bell divorce, both now in prison. Black loses his temper and like all serial men beats up Art. CM stops him. Art asks if mission accomplised for CM now? She never allows any husband and wife to live amicably (Art kaNNu romba correct chellam) CM just came to see Bharathi, she does not want problems in any family because of her. Leaves with a warning to Black never ever to hit women, let this be the first and last. Black is sorry.

The court grants bail to SS, taking Beach' s statement into consideration. The case is accepted for an appeal. Thavasi waiting outside the prison, SS and Thavasi reunite in an emotion filled scene. Now that I am out - the SS tone is not right - let us go, they leave. CM remembers Art's words and the happenings at Art's. Looks at Bharthi's toys and cries, thinking about the episode where Art brings Bharathi to the shop where CM awaits them. Art says how Vadai is always sticking to Bharathi, on how Bharathi selected a barbie toy. CM asks for another similar toy. Art asks for whom is the other toy? After billing - CM is again asked the same question by Art. One is for the baby who is separated from her and is with Vadai, and another for the baby whose whereabouts are unknown for today. Art asks one stupid question - if CM has not forgotten the other baby. No, she would present all these toys when the other twin meets her. CM out of reel Otting hugs the toy.

Chellams is on the phone with AC SR who threatens chellams to keep quiet abt amudha-bell and in return, she will release MA from prostitution charges. Chellams doesn't budge and says will tell the same reporters that AC summons abt how AC blackmails her. The phone gets snatched by MA's dad and he begs and cajoles AC and says Chellams is the cause for all evils in this world, incuding what happens in their household and what should she do now to make them release MA. AC says chellams has to apologize and Garden requests chellams to tender an apology, fuelled by MA's mom.

Finally chellams says sorry reluctantly and a happy smirking AC tells the inspector to release MA.

All of them are in MA's or solai's home and chellams is hanged and dried, especially by MA's mom.

Meanwhile, a lawyer comes to the hospital to see Delhi Ganesh who is acting and tells him that beach is alive. DG somehow gets permission to visit Beach and goes and begs him to say that the pistol was beach's and somehow in the melee, it got fired and hit beach, thereby exonerating Sneha. Beach says gruffly to DG, get the police. DG is stunned.

CM cries hugging the doll. Goes to the pooja room to ask nyayam from the God .Sad all hate her . Her only fault is trusting that nambikkai drogi SR. All have deserted . No she doesn't need any one who doesn't understand her. Pleads to God to give back her two Chellams – her life will be made.

Kuladeivam Kovil. Anouncement on the mike – All are cordially invited for Mariamman firemidhi Thiruvizha. Participants of the theemidhi rituals are requested to tie the sanctified thread on their hand. After deeparadhanai to Amman the theemidhi programme will start. Deeparadhanai goes on amidst the chanting of Om Shakthi , Parashakthi. Close up colourful flashy shots of Amman – creating more bayam than bhakti. MA family also assembled . Kavi ready for the D hour. Deeparadhanai over. Participants line up for theemidhi ritual.MA noticing everything with an awed expression. Some lady tells the mahimai of the Goddess , says her husband will come out of the hospital as soon as she fulfils her theemidhi vendudhal.MA gets the vision of her husband lying in the hospital bed.

One by one ladies start the vendudhal. It looked natural when they walked on the thee kuzhi – practically running . Kavi's turn , adi mel adi vaithu crosses the path ,on a powerful Agninakshatram midday , as if walking on a snowy track [ adhula kooda bare footna Oduvom] .At last Kavi has successfully fulfilled her prarthana. Suddenly the family realize that MA is missing. To their horror they see MA walking on the fire path with ratna in her hand. All labo dibo. For MA also the Fire path was Snow path , sloe & steady walk. Suddenly in the middle she realises the heat . Flash shots of camera showing colourful body cells. MA finally reaches the finishing line & then faints.

Habba over ,not much today.. Most of the time they showed close up , long & flashy shots of Mariamman
