Shubash is angry and calls over Sanjay. He asks him what he said when he asked him about Nithya and whether she loved someone else. Sanjay says he answered that question earlier .. Shubash slaps him and shows the letter. Sanjay calls him stupid for believing the letter. Shubash tells him Nithya agreed and tells him to call his dad. Shubash says he will sort them out after the wedding.
Sanjay's asks his mum for dad, but he's out. He then calls him and tells him to come asap.
Shubash and friends discussing about Nithya. He says Nithya said it like it was something normal and how can he leaver her at home after marriage. Nithya's listening to all this and crying. One of his friend suggests cancelling the wedding but Shubash is more worried about the VIPs attending his wedding. He continues, I will throw her out when the wedding is over. Nithya goes back to her room and calls Babu but he's unavailable. She decides to leave (the wedding hall) and on her way sees her dad, mum and Sanjay walking inside. They come inside and Nithya's missing. They try calling her and she doesn't pick up. Shubash's father wants to know where his daughter is and Shubash asks whether she ran away. Dad questions Shubash about whether he knew about this before. Shubash tells him to wait outside and warns Nithya's dad to bring his daughter and the wedding should take place. Nithya's dad, Sanjay, Natraj and goons leave to find Nithya (& Babu).
On the way, they stop Nithya's friend and questions her about Nithya's whereabouts. She tells him she doesn't know but Nithya told her about Shubash handling the letter well. She says Nithya loved Babu and they separated after deciding it together.
Babu's family is getting ready for the engagement.. Nithya's dad and goons comes in and questions Babu's dad about Babu and Nithya. He tells him to call Babu and tell him to come. He calls Babu and asks him to come.
