We live in a society where we are surrounded by false images of perfection and led to believe we can have it ALL... especially women.  But, can we?  There are finite amount of hours in a day and life itself is finite as well.  Its delusion to think we can have it all: house, car, perfect husband/wife, children, and sucessful career.   Few are able to have it all...yet we all pursue it relentlessly and in its pursuit forget the fundamentals... such is the case of JaGa now...

In her pursuit of perfect husband/marriage, Gauri lost her child.  Now in pursuit of same, she is likely to lose her marriage with Jughead... not necessarily a great loss but, a loss...Sasuma ko kya tannah maregi?  Is she wrong in what she is telling Jug?  That he needs to get his Masters before running off to Bangalore - NO!  But, her method may not be most appropriate.  She is capable of much much more charm and grace... he is down in the dumps and she can be his support or she can be his mirror of truth.  The later is easy, the former is smarter.  I am not saying that she should quit her job in Mumbai and run off to Bangalore with him, but she can be more supportive and less in your face.  But but but, like many she is too selfish as regards the challenges she faces at work currently to carve out the time to be extra courteous and caring with Jug's issues.  A prisoner of her priorities... but, thus is the price of the modern pursuit of false perfection where we must have it all and NOW.

I am focusing on Gauri, but Jug is no less a victim of this affliction... In his pursuit he abandoned the ever patient Anandi and his family for perfect Gauri...and in his pursuit of position and power, he is willing to sacrifice his education/career and jeopardize his marriage.
