Can someone explain the dynamics of Preeti Maasi?  I know that in the past she underwent an abortion and the guy deserted her but is there an underlying cause to her?  For instance, why is she still in Dewaan Mansion.  Did she never marry?  And has she got some type of health problem?  A few things don't add up but in my eyes she rocks when she has a go at everyone and stands up for what's right.

she underwent abortion and the guy who cheated her is pankhu's youngest chacha Kailash...But he wasnt aware of her pregnancy and moved on becoz of situations

Preety maasi isnt married yet ...Kailash is married 2 Vedika
