Yash tells Aarti that she needs to arrange a PPT of the bridal wear attire. When Aarti does not speak a word, Yash assumes Aarti does not want to work with him. Aarti clarifies that she is ready to work with him. Yash gets elated and thanks Aarti for accepting his offer.
Vidhi and Prateik are happy to see Aarti was trying her best to spend her maximum time with Yash.
As Aarti prepares the PPT, she recollects the conversation wherein Shobha had asked her about her feelings for Yash. Yash notices Aarti talking to herself. He gets surprised to see Aarti behaving in a weird way.
Aarti decides to talk to Shobha as she was finding her behavior very absurd. Shobha smartly puts in Aarti's head that an individual could fall in love again.
The next day, Yash and Aarti go to the Minister's house. Aarti shows the wedding lehenga designs to Neelam however Neelam does not like any of the designs. Aarti tells Neelam that she can design more if she tells her about her choice.
Neelam tells Yash that she wants her wedding dress from a boutique and not what Aarti was suggesting. Neelam believed that Aarti was Yash's assistant.
Yash asks Aarti to attend meeting on his behalf as he is going to go take Neelam to the boutique. Neelam refuses to take her bodyguards. Yash assures Neelam's mother's assistant that he would take care of Neelam.
Yash's aunt tries to instigate Gayatri against Aart, but fails. Yash's aunt tries to convince Gayatri that Suraj Pratap would get upset on learning that Aarti was working with Yash. Gayatri replies that Suraj Pratap would not mind Aarti working with Yash as he too wanted that the couple must spend time with each other.
On the way, Neelam requests Yash to let her drive. Yash agrees and gets out of the car.
Yash gets shocked when Neelam leaves him on the road. Yash follows Neelam's car.
Neelam accelerates the speed of the car and tries to commit suicide. Yash manages to stop her.
Meanwhile, Neelam's mother rages at her assistant when she learns that Neelam went out with Yash. Aarti, who is present in the room, gets apprehensive on hearing it.
Neelam tells Yash that she is in love with Kunal but her parents were forcefully getting her married to another person. Yash promises Neelam that he would get her married to Kunal.
The minister orders Aarti to phone Yash and ask him where he had taken Neelam along with him. Aarti tells the minister and his wife that Yash disconnected her call.
At that moment, Neelam and Yash enter the house. Neelam tells her parents that she had selected few lenghas. Neelam's mother enquires with Neelam where the dresses where. Neelam smartly handles the situation.
Aarti realizes Neelam was lying about everything. Before Aarti and Yash could leave, Neelam stops him and asks him whether he remembered her promise. Neelam lies to the family that she had asked Yash to arrange a heart shaped broach for her.
On their way home, Aarti gets irritated when she spots a strand of hair and lipstick mark on Yash's t-shirt. She decides to ask Yash about it; however she is unable to utter a word about it. Aarti decides to take Prateik's help as she could not ask Yash directly about it.
Late at night, Prateik goes and enquires with Yash regarding his apprehension. Yash reveals that he was thinking about Neelam. Aarti, who is standing outside the room, gets shocked on hearing it.
A restless Aarti is not able to sleep all throughout the night.
The next morning, Aarti builds courage and decides to enquire about the lipstick mark. Under the pretext of washing the t-shirt, Aarti enquires with Yash regarding the lipstick mark. Yash recollects that Neelam fell on him when he stopped her from jumping off the cliff. Yash ignores Aarti's question and tells her that the had to go to the minister's house
As promised to Neelam, Yash goes to talk to her mother. Yash tries to convince Neelam's mother that she must consider Neelam's happiness and stop the marriage. He requests Neelam's mother to stop the marriage as Neelam was in love with Kunal. Neelam and Aarti are eave dropping on their conversation.
Neelam's mother fumes in anger and is about to shoot Yash. Neelam stop her. Aarti Neelam's mother points the gun at Yash again. Aarti requests Neelam's mother to forgive Yash. She assures Neelam's mother that Yash would not interfere in their personal matters.
Neelam's mother angrily tells Aarti to keep Yash in control. Aarti signals to Yash that she was sorry for shouting at him.
Neelam's mother threatens Yash that she would kill him if he tried to interfere in her family matter. Keeping the intensity of the situation in mind, Aarti takes Yash along with him.
Aarti tells Yash that he is her husband and hence she cares about him. She quickly changes her statement that the family requires him and so she did not want him to interfere in Neelam's matter.

Yash drops Aarti home and decides to seek a minister's help to convince Tiwari to accept Kunal's alliance for Neelam.
When the family confronts Aarti about Tiwari's decision, she informs them that Yash is helping Neelam to get married to her boyfriend Kunal, who belongs to a different caste. She also informs the family that Yash's life was in danger.
