Bhabasa panics during the take off. An air hostess gives him oxygen mask to calm him down. A TV is delivered to the Rathi house. Meenakshi and Chhavi speculate on who had sent it. Rajkumar tells them that his friend had given it to him for safekeeping. They convince him to fix the TV in the house. Meenakshi fights with Chaturi for giving puja plate to Rajkumar. She pretends to be sick to make Chhavi do the kitchen chores. A foreigner accuses Santosh of dirtying the restroom at the airport.Sandhya rebukes a foreigner at the airport restroom for insulting Santosh. Sooraj and his family are put up in a luxurious hotel in Singapore for the cooking competition. Bhabasa and Santosh marvel at the luxury in their hotel suite. Meenakshi comes up with a plan to increase the sales in Vikram's saree shop. Sooraj is asked to prepare a dish at the orientation of World's Top Cook. He finds it difficult to operate an induction stove. The Rathi family members watch the show on TV.Sooraj presents burnt jalebis to the judge at the orientation. Mohit and Chhavi are embarrassed by it. The foreigner who had humiliated Santosh at the airport competes with Sooraj in World's Top Cook. She introduces her Indian husband to Sooraj and his family. Sooraj is surprised to learn that her husband is the man who had helped him register in the cooking competition. Meenakshi gets Vikram's permission to manage Sooraj's shop. Santosh gets scared when a stranger compliments her jewellery.Sandhya motivates Sooraj to do well in the competition. Meenakshi increases the sales in Vikram's saree shop by giving away free sweets from Sooraj's sweet shop to the customers. She convinces Vikram to go along with the scheme. Sandhya becomes Sooraj's translator and explains the various tasks and rules of the competition to him. Sooraj anxiously awaits the result of the first task.
Sooraj falls in the danger zone at the end of the first task. He is asked to surrender his apron along with the other four contestants in the danger zone. The five contestants in the danger zone are instructed to prepare for the elimination round. Santosh, Bhabhasa and Sandhya try to cheer up Sooraj by visiting the tourist spots in Singapore. Meenakshi gets suspicious after accidentally finding a passport and a large amount of cash in Rajkumar's suitcase.
