Written Update 30 July 2012

Continues with Anuj's lessons in cooking. Imarti tries to teach him to make daal and bhindi and tries to make him learn to cook rotis. But Anuj messes things up and eventually burns his hand. He asks Imarti to take a break and goes to his room. Ambi is worried and follows him and helps him put medicine on his wound. She teases him that he acts tough in front of her but with Imarti he is like a small child. Anuj tells her that she is enjoying herself too much seeing him suffer. Ambi says that she is doing this for his own good because if he wins he will be able to take care of himself and if he looses then she will accompany him to take care of him. Anuj tells her that he learned one thing from all this that women work really hard in the home. He appreciates all that women do. Ambi tells him that women take all these pains with a smile for their family and seeing them happy is what matters. Anuj-Ambi have a staring fest. Sajini walks in and interrupts them and tells Anuj that he is being called to learn how to wash clothes. Ambi tells her that he has burned his hands and he will learn it tomorrow, but Anuj insists that he is alright. 

Outside Vimla shows Anuj what he needs to wash clothes and intimidates him that its not as easy as they show in soap commercials and to actually make clothes white you have to put in a lot of effort. Imarti comes by and scolds them asking if they will use this excuse to make Anuj wash everyone's clothes. Ambi tells her that Anuj can't wash as he has hurt his hands but she should show him what to do so he can do it tomorrow. Imarti sits down to wash clothes and Vimla thinks that Ambi has done what no other DIL could do. She has made her MIL wash clothes. 

Imarti finishes washing and gets up tired. Vimla tells her that she has not worked this hard since her DILs came and to take rest. Sajini, Ambi and Kusum try to hide their laugh. Imarti gets irritated at Vimla who teases her that she is already getting irritated knowing that she will loose tomorrow and this way she can get used to the feeling by tomorrow. Everyone leaves but Imarti stops Ambi to taunt her that she will spoil all her plans like this. She tells Ambi that she must have great hopes of joining Anuj in Delhi but this time Ram (Anuj) will go to exile without his Sita (Ambi). Ambi tells her that who knows maybe history that has been written in books will repeat itself and Ram will go with his Sita only but people who predict things about tomorrow are either very learned Pandits or Mahatmas and Imarti is neither. Imarti tells her that she may not be any of those but she knows the future of her household. Ambi tells her to wait for tomorrow. 

Imarti is going out somewhere when she stops by Vimla and her husband. Just then the elder daugther comes out to ask Vimla something. Imarti asks where she is going and she tells her that she is attending her friend's wedding and Imarti taunts Vimla that her daugher is attending other people's wedding and now its time to do something for her future as well...otherwise if they wait too long her daughter will not remain in her control and may run away with someone. Imarti tells her to make decisions regarding her own household instead of coming to Imarti's family matters. Vimla gets angry and tells Imarti to mind her own children's life and her daughters are in her control. Vimla says that they will find a good boy for her and not like Imarti who gets her children married for ulterior motives. She says that if Imarti is careless then tomorrow Ambi will go away with Anuj and then her son will no longer be in her control. Imarti get irritated and leaves. Vimla scolds her husband that he never says anything to his sister-in-law. Sridhar tells Vimla that Imarti is right and they must find a boy for their daughter. Vimla asks him what he is waiting for as its already hard to find a suitable match for an educated girl like her. She worries about Babli who is crazy after her sports. 

At night Anuj is tired and spread out all over the bed. Ambi tucks him in and thinks that she will only pray for his victory in all the tests in his life but she hopes that tomorrow he looses so that she won't be separated from him.

Precap: Anuj puts salt in tea instead of sugar and all notice but don't say anything. Vimla tells the girls that Imarti should be the one to taste this tea as her tongue is salty anyway. Imarti says that she will drink poison too if Anuj gives to her and this is only tea and sips. Sajini says that Imarti doesn't know that the tea has changed its nature and now its no less than poison.
