Damon doesnt really change as a person when with Elena.He actually evolves as a better person..its abt his growth as a person since he met this girl Elena..Thats how it should be one should not literally "fall" in love but raise 😆.Damon never tried to hide his bad/real side or the characteristic vampire nature from Elena .Nor is he scared of Elena finding out about what he really is.Because she grew closer to him knowing all his flaws and inherent goodness.There are absolutely no secrets b/w them and imo this kinda relationship deserves a chance to nurture 😛
Stefan has better chemistry and understanding with Caroline
