The episode starts with ambi closing their room door avoiding imarti from seeing anuj. She thinks in her heart that she is bringing out the love of her by keeping her away from anuj. Imarti leaves to her room and thinks about what all ambi said. Imarti says that ambi is right and she has done is wrong. Ambi sees this from the door. Ambi says that at one point of time a persons lie will bring them to a point whereby they will surely repent for the same and pray god that she must get her love back. Vimala asks vibha to keep teej vrat and gives her a saree and asks her to tie during the pooja. She asks why she is asking her to keep vrat. Vimala says that married women keep vrat for the life of their husband, unmarried women keep vrat to get good husband, and she has to keep vrat to have got good person like adardash. Anuj is trying to get up and get water, ambi comes there and solds him for getting up as doc has told he must not get up, the plaster will dry only after 11 hours. Ambi does not allow anuj to say anything gives him water and ask him to call her for any of his needs and goes. Kusum jiji and sajini are in the kitchen mixing mehandhi. Ambi comes there and asks for what is this mehandhi for, kusum says that the next day is teej and all married women have to keep mehandhi as its a good shagun. Sajini says that my name itself is a good shagun, though world calls her lali lipstick she is the real shagun for the house. Kusum jiji asks sajini to get vimala for keeping mehandhi ambi interrupts and says imarti is the oldest in the house so she has to keep it first why vimala naw. Vimala chachi comes there and says that from the min imartis husband has left she is like this only and is not participating in any vrat as she is angry on her husband. Ambi says that she will do it from imarti only vimala is happy
Ambi enters imarti room and asks her to keep mehandi in her bahus hand as it will be her ashirvaad. Imarti says that she has given the responsibility to vimala and so she has to go to vimala for the mehandhi. Ambi insists that imarti has to do it but imarti insists that vimala has to do it as she is ... and stops. Ambi continues that imarti is not doing it because she considers herself as abshagun. Ambi says that no mother is abshagun and a mother cannot be a abshagun at any cost. A mother will never think bad for her sons and daughters and so she wont think any bad of her daughter in laws who keeps vrat for her sons. Imarti starts crying and says to vimala that if she really thinks that she is not a abshagun then she will do it. Vimala says that she is only bad by her words but her thoughts are not bad to think bad to anyone so oshe has to keep mehandhi and she is never a abshagun. Vimala adds that she has the right to keep mehandi from imarti hands first. Imarti starts crying. Vimala comes and sits near imarti and keeps mehandhi. Vimala and imarti gets old flash backs and vimala gets her hand done. Kusum jiji comes and she gets her flash back and gets her hand done. Kusum ans imarti cry. Sajini comes next amd she gets her flashbacks and imarti asks if she can apply something in her face and sajini says no. Sajini thinks that she has not understood imartis nature still. Sajini says that its ambi turn to get the mehandhi and says that till morning she must not remove mehandhi as if she removes it then its a abshagun. Imarti puts mehandhi for ambi and gets her flashbacks where ambi says that she will bring out the love from her heart, she wants the family happiness and so on. Imarti cries a lot for putting mehandhi and ambi gets blessings from imarti. Imarti blesses her to be happy always and sajini calls everyone to the parlour to get cone mehandhi on their other hands. Vimala comes down and says that imarti had only put the mehandhi and she didnt put it to anyone. Srichand says that its really a good thing that happened today. Vimala says that its all ambis work and she only had made so much change in their life. Imarti thinks about ambis words and starts to cry and feel proud of ambi

Anuj says that he has to send a letter formally to his boss as he is taking leave. Ambi asks whats meaning of formal? Anuj explains that its like leave letter which kids give in school whan they take leave. Ambi says she has written lots of letter like this to the kids in their complex. Ambi says that she doesnt know to operate laptop but has seen anuj done it ans do she will do it. Anuj says "Dear Sir" but ambi types "Deer Sir". Anuj says deer means animal but dear means payara.
