If organisations start using their face to promote themselves without paying them, they will lose a major source of income. Thirdly, donating some money is different from becoming the brand ambassador. The latter needs much more time and effort.

Celebrities do charge money for their appearance but there any many celebrities who don't charge dime if the organization is non-profit.

Regarding her look, yes you can find too man good looking girls better than her. Heck,you can find too many girl better looking than Ash, Katrina, Kareena and Priyanka. No one claimed that she is the prettiest girl of India.

The organisation might be a charity. Where does it say that those working for it or promoting it are also doing it for charity?
Given the innumerable and not always accounted for sources of income that these charities have, how does one know whether they are paying someone or not? How does one know that the celebrity is not using the opportunity as some PR exercise?
