SCENE 6-
"What The ?" I almost got up... When she came very close to me.. I almost freaked out.. I had never been so close to a girl,wo bhi meri maa ke saamne,tauba tauba.. ye sab bas ye pagal ladki hi kar sakti hain..
"shh.. sit down & plzz abhi kuch mat kehna ... plzz.. bahar chalo main sab batathi hun ok ?"
I stared at her,without blinking my eyes.. Thankgod my mom was so busy gossiping ki she didnt notice the act ! Vaise Main kyun uss pagal ki baat manu ? Wo lagti kaun hain meri ?
Aahh.. I wanted to give her one more chance ! toh bass isiliye maine iss pagal ki baat maanli !
Priya ki mummy ne humhe balcony main beja.. Taaki hum akele main guftagoo kar sake :P
I followed Priya silently & went with her to the balcony !
I stood their in moun,waited for her to give her explaination !
Priya-"kya dekh rahe ho ?"
I nodded.. I moved my eyes away from her & began to view the scenery,when she finally decided to speak up !
"I am sorry"
"Excuse me ?" I exclaimed..
"Mujhe maaf kardo"..
"MAAF?" I spoke out,aloud..
"Shh.." She hushed me..
"TUmhe pata bhi hain ki tumhari stupidity ki wajese mujhe uss din kya kya sehna pada tha?"
I whispered..
"I know.. magar meri majboori thi..."priya said
"Kya majboori?" i spoke in an annoyed manner..
"Agar mujhe Police station jaana padta aur dad ko pata chalta toh wo meri waattt laga dete !"
She explained..
Yeah ! right ! jaise ki meri mummy meri aarti utharti na ? Gals,I tell you.. I was still pissed ! Main,Ram kapoor,I almost spent a night at Police station,Without me making any mistake.. Thats unfair isn't it ?
"Kya soch rahe ho ?" She shook me..
I nodded..
"So... aalz well ?"Her eyes pleaded for mercy :P
"Uhm.. whatever!" I was still not satisfied with her excuse
"So friends ??" She put her arm forward,expecting a hand shake
I hestitated.. I knew This chick for nothing but trouble.. But I was like What the heck..
"Friends" I shook her hand..
She smiled,sweetly..
I gave a half smile..
She took her hand back & started to march out..
"Priya" I called her from behind..
"Yeah ?" she turned around..
"Uhm.. so.. Abhi mujhe kya kehna hain ?"I asked,hesitantly
"Kisse?"she seemed,clueless
"hamari family ko !" I exclaimed,restlessly..
"hahahhahaa..." she laughed out loud..
I felt so lost.. I really couldnt understand what was so funny about my Question rather concern.. Er.. I waited for her reply..
She turned back & started to move..
"Oh hello ? jawaab toh deti jaao.."I called her out,again..
"Kuch bhi.." she didnt even bothered to turn back..
"kuch bhi matlab haan ya na ?"
She turned around marched towards me..
I almost felt scared seeing her approaching me.. Arrey maine aisa kya keh diya abhi ? Ye aise kyun aa rahi hain ? Had i awakened the beast or something ? MY heart pounded as my head threw million questions at me..
She came closer,closer,closer.. so close ki almost felt her breathe & her perfume ;)
I took in the lavendar smell of her perfume.. and breathed out..
"Do you want to marry me ?"
what ? what ? i mean.. wha.. I.. why she asked that ? What shud i say ? I.. I... what ?
"hahaha.. daro mat.. Tumne poocha na ki main kya kahun.. toh.. whats your answer..?"
"Ya.. NO NO NO ! I..I...I.. Dont.. Dont wanna marry you " I stammered like an idiot..
"LOL,Ram.. aw.. so you dont wanna marry.. Thats sad.. You know You were the first guy to dump me..?! SO u got ur answer,now ?"
"Yeah.. but what reason shall i give her ?" I asked the secong stupid Q of the day
"Tell her,The girl is crazy" She winked at me.. and laughed her way out..
I still stood there,looking like a Dumb-*** !
Wait.. I was the first one to dump her ? Then how many guys has she dated ? woah ! does she wanna marry ? Okay great she left me here with a bunch of stupid question..
WHy do I care about her anyways.. Gr...
I fought with my head & went inside & sat on the sofa..
My mom came near me & whispered "kaisi lagi ?"
"Zor ki" I replied while i glared at priya..
"kya?" My mom asked..
I turned towards my mom,realising what stupid answer I had given..
"uhm... todi pagal hain.."
"Accha hain" My mom said..
I suddenly turned my head towards my mom..
"Mazak kar rahi hun,beta" She laughed..
Mazak toh zindagi mere saat kar rahi hai aajkal..
so finally we decided to go.. My mom told the singhs that she will give the answer after thinking..
I stood near the car,like a driver waiting for her master,when priya popped out of nowhere..
"Whats your number ?"
"kya?" I asked..
"Mobile number..Mobile toh hain na tumhare paass..?"she questioned me with sarcasm
"oh..haan.. magar tumhe kyu chahiye..?"
"bas aise hi.. hum frends hain isisliye.." she shrugged her shoulders..
"Okay.. here you go.."
I gave her my no..
"Okay cya.."
My mom came near the car..
"chal golu puttar"
Oh shit,... No mom.. No.. No in front of her.. I hate it when My mom calls me "GOLU" infront of everyone.. Pata nahi inn maaonko sabke saamne pyaar dikhaane me kya mazaa aata hain ? wo bhi personal details ko public karke...
"GOLU???" she giggled..
I was so annoyed with my mom..
"Okay bye aunty,, Bye Golu... " she giggled agin..
"Shut up !" I told her...
"Chup ! aisa nahi kehte,golu ! priya puttar,bye-shye,jindi re" My mom spoke !
We finally got into the car.. and we went home..
