Episode starts from the patient thinking about nats being alive. A man has died an the nurse attends to that when mr oberoi rings.Oberoi is on the phone to nurse and says check on him. She goes and finds the patient ha exchange himself with dead body and gone taking the dead bodies ring. Oberoi says where can he be. He is in the van outside and they are in a traffic. He gets out and hides his face with newspaper with nats news on. The hospital people cant find him and go. Oberoi is tensed. There the patient reveals his name as yug mehra and sees the news on paper and decides to go to amrit ghar.
All are in the sitting area talking about amrit when she comes down and all are shocked to see her new look. Nats questions and she says i will stay like this until i dont change what webt wrong and leaves. She is thinking about how to get nats back when yug enters amrit ghar after stealing a car using his knife. She thinks about how to get information about nats past when yug and her arrive at same place. They both want to park in same place and yug lets her.
Amrit forgets her file and says she ant concentrate until she doesnt take her revenge. Yug and her get out of car and he stops her to show her nats pic and ask him but paper flys away and amrit goes. Paper goes onto memorial picture and yug says he will find her and never let her or her picture go away from him.
He asks people and the office security guard says she isnt coming today and is at mahal. At the mahal oberoi is getting senti over nats and is looking at her pictures. Nats consoles him and he shows her a video where real bats won a car race for oberois birthday and also got a tattoo on her wrist for him.( this tattoo is going to play a big part). Oberoi says nats was The best and he loves her alot. Nats consoles him and they share a hug. Oberoi says he has alot of good memories with real nats and thinks to himself and some bad ones which he doesn't want to share with anyone.
Amrit rings detective and scolds him and wants information about nats past within 7 hrs or she wants he money back.
She is at the detective within 7 hrz where he tells her nats mother dad many years ago and she spent her time with her step dad who is mr oberoi.they loved each other alot but then she became friends with a boy named yug mehra and they were seen together in parties and all events and then all of a sudden yug mehra disappeared which is weird. Amrit wants to know where yug is and wants a picture she is willing to pay more. Amrit thinks a big problem has happened and she wants to know what that is.
At the mahal oberoi gets a phone call informing him yug hasn't been Found and he gets angry as he wants action. He decided to go deli now and meet commissioner himself.he then thinks yug must have got the news and he must stop him before he reaches nimrit. Nimrit comes to call him for dinner but he says he has to leave for deli and look after yourself. Nimrit is confused.oberoi leaves and yug enters the mahal with a knife.

I guess yug loved nats and thinks she betrayed him and therefore wants to kill her or something. But he will think she has lost memory and will fall in love with nimrit giving us a love triangle. Also he might get together with amrit to take revenge and then become a positive character later on. He seems like a obsessed lover from what detective found out.
