Part 7

She woke and sat up with a jolt!!

All her friends were in front of her...all were tensed ...tears tickled down her face ...she rubbed her eyes...but this time she couldn't see anyone ... she was confused...

She looked around...she saw raghav in front of her ...only raghav...she thought for a second and then realized...

Everything was just a dream...she started to cry ...but dis time the reason was a bit different...she was happy that it was just a dream but tensed too ..for mamaji...

She hugged raghav tightly...he was very confused of what happened but then he thought that she might be tensed for her mamaji...

Well it was after 2 hrs that they reached ...they all had directly gone to the place of the match due to shortage of time..

Gauti and rangeela were there waiting for them...

As soon as sia saw gauti...she went running and hugged him...and ensured him that everything will be all right...

They all ran to the couter and sia registered her name...

Now they all including raghav's parents were in one lounge..waiting..when suddenly raghav realized something...

Ragahv :  O freak!!

( everyone looked at him all confused )

He  got up and headed towards the door...saying..

Raghav : main abhi aata hoon

Arjun ; PAR TUM JAA KAHAN RAHE HO

Kabir : Haan ...abhi kabhi bhi sia ko bulaya ja sakta hai...

Sia : haan raghav tum...

Raghav ; main abhi aa jaunga...

( he ran out )

Raghav's mom : par... ( but he had already faded away )

It had now been ten minutes ...and raghav was still not back...

There was an announcement

" All the boxers to come to to a separate lounge...it's directions are in the catalog ...please reach within 5 minutes...and no other person is allowed "
It was almost time for the "match to save mamaji"😛...she got up...now she was not at all tensed she just had to set in the mood...she stood up followed by others...

All hugged her and wished her all the best...

She moved towards the door...a bit slowly...as she wanted to see raghav before her match...

She looked around but there was no sign of him anywhere...

There was another announcement by that time ...

" All boxers report at the lounge..fast "

Now she had no option ...she increased her pace...

She was a bit disappointed with raghav...where was he she thought...it was supposed to be such an important match for her and he was nowhere to be seen...

 Suddenly while thinking she bashed into someone...when she looked up to say sorry ... a smile hung her face ...it was raghav...

Sia : raghav tum yahan ... pata hai main tumhara kabse wait kar rahi thi...aur phir ...announcement ...aur...main vaise bhi match ke liye

Raghav : ( he kept his finger on her lips ) shhh...pushpa yeh lo aur abhi lounge jao...it's already time ...okay...( giving her a polythene bag )

( sia shaked her head up and down in a yes...and went past him )
Raghav :  pushpa ...!!!!

*( sia turned )

Raghav : all the best...jeet ke ana ( he said with a 1000 volts wala smile and a wink )

Sia smiled

Sia : papa kasam...aaj jeet ke aaungi!!

( she went away )

Now she had reached the lounge...it was half filled with boxers...all girls...with pride and arrogant looks..

Now a person came in..

Hello girls...i'm the organizer of the match and i'm here to  explain about the rules and regulations...

Well ...the first thing is...all the participants will be divided into four groups and then ...four winners will be again divided into groups of two after which with the final match the main winner will be decided and get a cash price of 2 lakh rupees...

The match will test u'r stamina ... punches... defense...and confidence...

So all the best..                                                                                                    

The match will start in 30 minutes...till then my assistant will segregate the groups...

. It was now after 10 minutes...the groups had been segregate and sia was to fight with Kavita, another boxer...and her match was the second one...

She was very much tensed...about mamaji...this time...she hoped he'll be alright...

While thinking she suddenly remembered of the bag which raghav gave her...she took it and opened it... the first thing that caught her eyes was a letter..which read ...

" pushpa mamji ki tension mat lo ...aur yeh sandwich of glucose drink pee lo..isse tumhara stamina badhega ..

All the best... ( with a smiley at the end )

😊"

A big smile hung her face after reading the letter and she got a bit relaxed.. she unwrapped the sandwich and opened the glucose bottle and had it...

Everything will be all right she ensured herself

The matches had started ...it was the  last round of the first match in sia's group...

She was next...

After a few minutes only the host announced shipra as the winner  and the end of the first match...

Her name and her opponents name was also announced to come in the ring...she stood up...closed her eyes...

" papa...aaj main zaroor jeetungi...aur woh bhi mama ji ke liye...aap har match ki tarah isme bhi mera saath dena ...love u "

She opened her eyes...she was now re energized and her eyes showed the fire to win...!!!

.As she enters the ring ...there is alot many claps and hooting of her name...mostly by her friends ...she searches for them all over..and finally seeing them cheering for her...she waves to them..

The referee enter the ring...and asks the boxers ( sia and kavita ) to take their positions...

The match begins!!.

.

First kavita punches sia and it was a very hard...and due to lack of practice ...she falls down...but in a second only she gets up again..now she is aware of her ( kavita's ) energy..she again punches sia but with less energy...sia replies back with  full force due to which kavita directly falls on the boundaries of the ring...the match continues for sometime and then the first bout gets over...

After five minutes of break they again started with the match...

This time sia does offensive boxing. She starts punching...all cheer for her...kavita catches sia in one corner of the ring and there is a continuous series of hitting...sumtimes sia...and sumtimes kavita...the referee separates them...they again begin to fight...soon second round also gets over ...

Now it's time for the third one

In this one sia starts with a weak defense but then she has to buck up so she starts with her solid punching...but then kavita tries a different trick through which she first punches sia's face and then when she puts her hand forward to defense...she hits her stomach..and sia falls down..the referee starts backward counting from ten and as soon as he reached six...sia was up again and in no time she just planted three punches using her technique...first on her face and when the defense came there ..then on the stomach leaving her weak and then again on her face ...

And...

.WON!!!!!!

But this was not the end...the result was still to be announced...

Shipra and Sia were now standing in the ring..

Well they did not have to fight...now all was about points ( out of 10 )

The host announced :

For stamina ...Shipra singh : 10 points and Sia dhillon : 10 points too

For defense...Shipra singh : 10 points and Sia dhillon : 8 points

 For punches...Shipra singh : 7 points and Sia dhillon : 10 points

And  for confidence...Shipra singh : 10 points and Sia dhillon : 10 points too

Therefore SIA DHILLON wins the first match in the 3 match series!!!

There was hooting  and cheering all around...

Now just two matches to win!!!

OMG Raghav's smallest things mean so special to Sia. this encourage Sia so much. Raghav really helps her beyond anyone else. about the tournaments first match, i could feel the temperature, you've described the first match so nicely.

i'm looking forward to next part to know what happens in next 2 match.
