Sur Kshetra Section Rules - Please Review.

Stick to the show: First things first, this is a music show between the two nations. Nothing else. Please do not drag unnecessary topics that do not concern the show (i.e. religion, politics etc.) . Posts found doing so will be edited/locked immediately without notice.

 

Bashing vs. Criticism: You are entitled towards your opinions, but refrain from bashing/name calling or commenting on someone's appearance. Targeting any specific country, fan group, member, celebrity and/or contestant can result in serious consequences. There is zero tolerance for bashing. Please note that we allow criticism ' anything that is negative does not necessarily mean it's bashing.

 

Comparison/Instigating Comments: No ' nope ' don't even think about it. Instigating comments lead to unnecessary chaos and work.  Likewise, comparison will also not be tolerated for the same reason. Please stay away from such types of comments.

 

Language: Avoid using foul language. Any posts containing profane language will be edited immediately. 

 

Creating MIDs: You are allowed ONE ID on India-Forums. If you are found having multiple IDs, you will be asked to keep one and the rest will be banned.  Furthermore, your warning level will be increased, as this is a very serious issue.

 

Repeated topics: Please review the first few pages of the forum so avoid posting duplicate topics. If two topics discussing the same are posted, the latter one will be closed and directed to the other one.

 

Personal life: The contestants and judges have personal life. Keep out of it. It's called private for a reason. Any information concerning an individual's personal life will be edited it. This includes contact information, personal life decisions etc.

 

No Advertising: Do not post sites that promote other forums.

 

No Chatting/Spamming: Use Chat Clubs or other general sections to chat. Spamming, including posting only emoticons will not be accepted. We're here to discuss the show ' not increase your post count.

 

Posting Articles: Before posting any article please check to make sure that the article has not been posted before. IF has launched its own news hub Telly Buzz. We are now in direct competition with IndianTelevision & Telly Chakkar. See to it you do not post articles from these two websites. Do not post articles from Telly Buzz directly on forum. Provide link/source of the articles.

 

Help topics: If you have any queries regarding the show, please post it in Help Desk. Any topics asking for help will be closed and redirected to the Help Desk

Typing in CAPS LOCK: Please do not write in Cap Locks - it represents shouting on a public forum. If you continue to do so it will result in a WL increase.

 

Quoting Posts/Members/Creations/Pictures: Don't quote long posts especially when it messes up the coding which makes it look bad. If you want to reply to someone use the @ format like @A:  , @B: & so on. Only upto 3 quotes are allowed in a post given the fact they are relatively small quotes and not page long essays.

Warning Level Procedure

If you are found violating one or more of the above rules, you will be warned as follows:

You wouldn't want anything inappropriate said to your favorites, so don't do it for others. If you find someone has said something inappropriate, use the report button and let the DT handle it. Please do not go in a add fuel to the fire.
