sex education topic revisited!
what should be the right time to give it?
if you don't give it, people will do it behind your back.
if you give it,people will still do it this time legally.
really can't tell which is worse-
16 or 17 year old becoming parents like this or 13-14 year old's parents becoming parents even after getting sex education?
should age of consent and of marriage be lower or higher?
and then there is child marriage. in that case even if if boy and girl got married at 10 yrs of age they don't consummate it before they turn 17-18.
