[QUOTE=ami_dabh]Here is my first set of grills.π.
You like to read a lot. What kinda techniques/approach/efforts will you use to make someone interest in reading?
When it came to my daughters I can tell you the approach I used.
1. When they were young I used to read to them at night. As they grew older I used to encourage them to read and tell me stories.
2.When they were in their teens dinner table discussions were always on politics and used to be quite heated. So that developed a habit in them to read the newspaper daily.
3. From the beginning I inculcated reading time in my children and that has become a habit and nobody in my family sleeps without reading.
4.Always carry a book where ever you go.
5. Never start a reading habit with boring books. Better to start with fast books like John Grisham or David Baldacci or Robert Ludlum and than once the habit has picked up move on to different subjects. Start with the subject which interests you the most.
