why was Suraj selling his shop ?  Sorry could not watch this show for last few weeks so unable to catch up now.. 

@one2none:  Suraj was not selling his shop.  He was entering into a business contract by which he was giving his name copyright for the next 5 years to the other company that would export sweets under Suraj's name.  The contract requires him to close his shop during that time period and would pay him 80 lakhs per month for that.
