girls especially one's who are 17 or so do spend a lot of money on clothes, heels and all and def do wear all such clothes and heels be it in parties, college, etc and let me tell u even when i graduated from school in 2008 me and my frnds did wear such heels and stuff and girls do wear it i have my own cousin she is just 16 and she does wear all these high heels .
