It certainly is.  also 19.12.12 is D Day (TRP's out).   I have a feeling there is typing error in the article

No shows would be starting in the mid of a week. So i certainly think its wrong ðŸ˜•
With a few days to go and no shows got axed nor any news, so this may not be right.

@visha.  TOI reporters do make errors.  I wonder if its 19th or 29th of January'13 but then its saturday or tuesday.   Can't be 29.12.12 as again its saturday

Yes, perhaps in the final promo, it maybe revealed the time of the show and when its starting. But i'm certain that its not on 19.12.2012
