There is no worst crime in the world than one tat is being done to innocent children... And this act is the height of cruelty...
No one can compensate the loss of the 20 parents who lost their kids and the surviving kids who had to witness such an inhuman act at such tender age which will leave them scarred for life...
Even hell is a better place for sick people like this...
