The British beauty accidentally exposed her side boob in her low cut Giorgio Armani gown, but it was a flesh-colored pastie, she was wearing to cover her breast, which saved her from further embarrassment, reported Us Magazine.
The 22-year-old, despite her momentary wardrobe malfunction, walked down the red carpet, looking beautiful in bright red lipstick with her hair pulled back.
The actress seemed to be very happy, as she had been praised for her role in The Perks of Being a Wallflower, as Sam.
"Did I tell you we got a standing ovation in Toronto Film Festival?" the magazine quoted her as tweeting.

Kristen Stewart flashed more than she intended to at beau Robert Pattinson's Cannes premiere of Cosmopolis. The actress wore a floor-length red Reem Acra dress with lace inserts with a very low cut front. It was so low that Kristen didn't realise her nipples are way too visible.

Rapper Nicki Minaj suffered a wardrobe malfunction during a live performance on Good Morning America in New York in August 2011.
"Nicki was performing in Central Park as part of a series of mini concerts on the prime time America breakfast show. An energetic Nicki accidentally exposed her left nipple to the crowd as the concert was beamed live across the country," reports Mirror.
The singer was shocked after realising what had happened but continued to perform nevertheless, songs from her first album Pink Friday including Moment 4 Life and Super Bass .

In the picture, the 56-year-old socialite couldn't quite contain her curves in the strapless corset, and as she lifted her arm to holds up her cloak, she revealed a little more than she bargained for.
"Jeeez what's all the fuss about? It's just an innocent nip slip, happens to the best of us," the Daily Mail quoted her as tweeting.
Her daughter Khloe re-tweeted the picture over the weekend, along with the caption, "Hi nips. That's my mom."
Kim wore a similar outfit back in 2008, when she hosted the PAMAs Halloween Masquerade at Stone Rose in Los Angeles.

Rihanna was spotted wearing a sheer lace dress, which revealed her fabulous figure along with the nipple ring, at P Diddy's New Year bash on Saturday.
The 23-year-old decided to go commando in the racy dress as she rang in 2012, at the rapper's Miami estate.
It seems that Rihanna enjoyed herself at the bash and she told her Twitter fans 2012 had got off to a great start.

Rihanna had interrupted a holiday in her hometown in Barbados to jet to Miami to celebrate New Year's eve.\
