Due to extensive release (3650) #dabangg2 needs 110+ for hit 125+ for super hit 150+ for blockbuster and 200+ for all time blockbuster..

i dont think it meeds 200 plus to be an ATBB and yes it has many screens but articles said  less  than ETT and budget is less, also movie is making money!!

my review- No spoilers


Script Analysis


story: very poor, hardly any plot
screenplay: very few good scenes, not at all gripping looks like cut piece(scenes dont look synchronized) ,big let down
dialogues: decent ,some very good one liners


 Direction, Music , other technical aspects


direction: horrible direction by arbaaz khan spoiled the whole dabangg brand
actions:very good plus point of the movie
cinematography: decent
music: okkish(fevicol the best one)
picturization: very good(fevicol roxx) bt every song seems forced and unnecessary

Star Performances


salman khan: plus point of the movie but he is not in top gear this time his chulbul pande character in part 1 was performed with ease bt here it looks a bit too forced, the smoothness is not there..bt he performed the action scenes very well and some scenes with prakash raj were awesum.

sonakshi: hardly there,she looks monotonous and repetitive

prakash raj: decent

arbaaz khan: "idiot" 

vinod khanna: arbaaz khan has killed the initial character..

others: okkish

overall: 2.25/5(.25 xtra for fevicol)

without salman the movie would have scored 1.5/5

the movie is just a family fare and advertisement of salman khan antics
recommended only for crazzy salman fans

only my review (doesnt matter what i think .. so no personal attacks)

I'm going again tomorrow. Watching it at a Swiss theatre. 🤣 My friends are going to see an opera and I hate operas so I found a theatre which is airing Dabangg 2 instead. 😆
