Part 1
Scene 1 (Abhay's house)
Abhay is talking to someone over the phone giving instructions that today the work should be done & cuts the call. He talks to himself in his mind that ppl say that whatever work you do on the first day of new year you continue to do that till next year.
What can be better than putting down infront of all the people.

Scene 2 (Vikram's gowdown)
Kunal is asking the worker to carry all the boxes carefully.
Vikram tell Kunal that you were right the rates on which we r giving the wall clock to Mr.chabbria that no one is ready to give.
The speed in which Kunal is doing his job will make him very successful in no time.
Kunal says just wait & watch what will happen while he pats Vikram on his shoulder.
Kunal gets a call & why Abhay is giving him a call & he picks up thinking has Abhay got to know about deal?
Abhay says Kunal chopra from the day he has challenged him he has disappeared & asks where he is hiding his face.
Kunal says he is not hiding his face & warns to hide his face somewhere soon.
Abhay says this is one quality that he is very big fan of his that whether he does something in life or not knows to talk big, & tells that anyways he has not called to fight with him but invite him for a new year party & he knows that he might refuse the invite but is inviting despite it.
Kunal says he doesn't need to insist coz ppl say that you should keep your friends closer but enemies even more closer so he will come party will be yours but surprise will be his this years beginning will be something special.
Abhay says he also has a surprise for him for that he has to bring his family & specially Siddhi his wife( disgusting fellow ) as its been a long time he's seen Siddhi. Yuck no wonder regular updater did not update :-(
Kunal smiles & says don't worry in his party he will be the one who will take care of all his (Abhay's) wishes especially.

Scene 2 (chopra house SiNal's room)
Anokhi tells anand that why r they planning what the will Di ibm party first they both (twins) need to get ready for the party & go there & then plan who will dance more who will just sit.
They smile & Anokhi gives Anand jnr his phone & goes.
Kunal is getting ready for going to party.
Siddhi comes inside the party room to get ready & asks all three of the kids to get ready quickly.
Anokhi & Anand snr go out of the room to get ready.
Anand jnr gets up but shouts with pain.
Kunal & Siddhi run towards Anand jnr & asks if it aching but bump their heads & say ouch together.
Keep their hands on Anand jnr's abdomen then they feel awkward & pull their hands back but Anand jnr holds both of their hands & place side & say is aching here.
Kunal asks first he said it was aching somewhere else but so quickly Anand with pain ask them to rub his abdomen because he ate something wrong which is the cause of his stomach ache if they will rub his pain will become alright & they start rubbing & eye lock happens Anand jnr silently crept out of the room.
Siddhi & Kunal realise after some moment & take away their hands. (episode saviour scene) & Kunal leave.

Kunal talking to himself thaking Abhay that he invited him to his party its a co-incidence that from today you will celebrate your failure & i will celebrate my success & he'll have so much fun.

Party is filled with guests & daddy Thakral & Richa enter & introduce themselves to other guests.

Abhay is shocked to see Anand jnr's rude behaviour.

Siddhi goes to Abhay & tells him that his time is running bad as now even kids are back answering him, & he works as a wall clock manufacturer but his time is against him & can't make a good time for yourself.
Abhay says he doesn't make time but buy it with his money & powerful status & who's time is bad she will get to know very soon, & tells Siddhi that she had lots of interest in helping Kunal now I'll see how she helps Kunal further.

Abhay asks the guests to pay attention to what he wish to say, & introduces Kunal saying that he was his employee but suddenly Kunal resigned & decided to become his competitor, thinking that he will become even more successful than him.
Chopra family is clueless as why Abhay is saying all this & what's he planning to do.
Abhay continues that business is not run by big talks but by using brains & asks Kunal that he will take away his deal & he won't know about it.
Siddhi looks puzzled as usual.
Kunal looks angry. Abhay tell Kunal that he is an unprepared & a weak player because in hurry to become successful & make him a failure now he has to bare losses & he has come for the reason of getting his first deal & is so proud of it will never happen in reality.
Kunal gets from his place & as Vikram & Siddhi looks at them & Abhay asks Kunal what did he think that someone will buy clocks from you on lowest price when there is no client with him what will he do now?

Vikram & Siddhi look on.
Abhay tells Kunal that from now onwards his bad time begins & will stay forever & announces to his guests that there's time for new year to begin but the party has now begun.

Vikram is worried about Kunal feelings.
Gaurav asks Vikram what has he done.
Vikram says what is there something he did wrong.
Gaurav no he did a good thing by offering Kunal to become business partner but asks him to not come between Abhay & Kunal's fight how Abhay easily took away the deal from you.
Vikram says losses are a part of business where one deal has gone 10 others will come back what's the big deal asks Gaurav to relax as once Kunal comes back to form he will soon become a big businessman than Abhay.
Siddhi hears Vikram & Gaurav's conversation.
Kunal will defeat even 10 like Abhay.
Gaurav says they need to understand that Abhay is not doing business but is on war with Kunal it won't affect Abhay as his company can bare loses worth crores of money but his company cannot you have made Kunal brother your partner but Abhay is now also your enemy he will also make you a target & dont you know what kind of man is that Abhay & tells Vikram that Kunal will never listen to him asks Vikram to make Kunal understand.

Siddhi who was hearing what Gaurav & Vikram were talking thinks in his mind that what she thinking & what has happened after so many year Kunal face had the confidence but now because of Abhay everthing has changed all of a sudden, to defeat Abhay was not so easy as i had thought what do i do if Kunal couldn't complete his challenge...

Kunal gets fb of Mr.chabbria & Abhay scene in the party when Abhay comes to him & shows fake concern that he can understand his sorrow & a waiter comes with a drinks when Abhay ask him to have it (kunal looks at it & Abhay says that he is not offering him a drink but have the entire tray as thats his status in life a waiter & he is good at being a waiter not compete with him.
Siddhi comes while Abhay tells kunal that why is he so shocked as he just asking to do what he should be doing & ask him not to dream of becoming a business man serve drink like a good waiter & little dreams that he once had even that he will loose.
Siddhi stands helplessly.
Abhay reminds Kunal that when no one helped him he had given him help gave him a reputed post more than what he deserved & this is what he pays back he stole away his deal behind his back he helped him but he wants to harm him.
Abhay tells kunal that this time he will give him a wound so deep that he wont even be capable to stand infront of him challenging will out of the picture.
Abhay asks Kunal What story he had told him a long line parrallel to a short line, says that drawing lines wont change any one's destiny to that you need to work or else this & next life too he wont succeed & return my money.
Siddhi intervenes & asks Abhay to stop & that now he is crossing his limits.
Abhay says sorry to Siddhi that he insulted Kunal infront of her & tells Kunal that my wife is a good person she think good to even those who think ill about her & tells Siddhi that it was important to tell Kunal that what he say he does it she need not worry as after some time she & Anand will return home & get rid of this man(kunal) forever.

Kunal is about to leave just then Anand Snr comes & asks Kunal where is he going?
Vikram says Kunal brother whome are you running from the crowd here or yourself & path you have chosen in your life you walk on them not run away because if he went the wrong path it will be difficult to return back.
Anand snr says dad you have taught us to never give up & face it & tells Kunal that he is his hero he knows his dad wont quit or accept his defeat.
