TOI: Lakhon Mein Ek to air its last episode

Big Synergy along with Star Plus took an initiative through Lakhon Mein Ek to focus on those extra ordinary people who stood different. It focused on the stories of the common man, who despite being common, are one in a million. As we say all good things come to an end, Lakhon Mein Ek will also say good bye to its audience this weekend.

A source informing on the same, states, " On 27th of Janauary, this Sunday the team will wrap up Lakhon Mein Ek with heartwarming and yet another inspiring story of Teejan Bai."

The slot which aimed to create waves in Indian television will finally be left vacant by the channel. Initially the slot was utilized for inspirational show Satymev Jayate and to keep the audiences of the slot alive, the channel introduced Lakhon Mein Ek.

Saraswati Chandra will be the next big launch of the channel before they come up with Masterchef season.

When contacted, Anita Kaul Basu, producer of Big Synergy, shared, "It was a wonderful journey with lakhon Mein Ek as the stories were about unsung people who exist amongst us. The show was different content wise, quality wise and was also hard to execute. But over all it was a tremendous experience."

Hope the channel keep the slot alive with introducing some another shows on the same line.
