Today's episode begins in a court room, the defense lawyer(Alwyn) calls the eye witness Girish Mandelia. The lawyer says that he can prove it that Paresh Gupta is the one who pushed Mr. Anuj Singh from the balcony. Girish walks in, trembling, as he takes the oath he falls down, and white liquid comes outta his mouth. Police comes in and tells everyone to be where they are.
ETF team comes in and Arjun sees the body, he sees a white powder on Girish's nails n dey r bitten. There is a police standing beside the body and he gives info about Girish, saying that he was an eye witness and today the criminal would'v been caught. The case is about Mr. Anuj Singh, a small tradesman, who had been pushed by his own office building a few months ago and Girish, Anuj's driver saw Mr. Paresh Gupta at the balcony, he supposed to have pushed Anuj from there.
Jus then Mr. T Subramnium comes in (this guy's a South Indian, and his dialact was quite funny :D )
Mr. T and his assistant walk in and introduce themselves as some forsenic people. They investigate the body, and Mr. T says that Girish died due to a chemical poison named procaine. Ayesha says that he must have eaten something, Mr. T interrupts saying that poison works within 10mins. Arjun says that the poison is on his nails as well and Girish had the habit of biting nails. Mr. T checks and says right.
Police man says that they checked the pockets, all they got is a wallet, bus ticket and a mobile phone. Shree steps in to go check them.
A lady says lemme in, she sees Girish lyng down and starts weeping badly, she says "I told u to take money from Sushant, if you'd have taken the money then you'd b alive today, ab bhukto! Arjun asks police man who the lady is and he says she's Girish's wife. Arjun asks the guards to let her in. She mourns. Arjun asks who Sushant? She says Sushant is Paresh's brother and he had offered money to Girish, asking him not to say anything against Paresh in the court, but Girish didn't take the money. I told him to take it, as we had financial problems, and after Anuj's death, his wife sold the car and Girish lost the job. Girish had gone to Bajrangi for help but he didn't offer any help. Bajrangi-a co-worker of Girish, Girish used to work in a garage before becoming a driver at Anuj's place. When Bajrangi needed financial help, Girish without thinking again helped him but wen he needed money, Bajrangi refused. She tells them that he traveled in bus. Shree steps in and says even after having 16K he traveled in a bus? Arjun asks the lady how much did Bajrangi take from Girish, she says 16K.
Arjun asks Mr. T to check the cash and see if there's dat poison, Mr. T checks and says yes.
So Bajrangi is one of the suspects.
Scene shifts to Mr. Alwyn Sequira's (lawyer) office. Arjun notices all the awards, degree frames on the wall. They speak to him.. (im not gonna stretch this part)
ETF in the car, Arjun tells Rathod, why would a civil lawyer fight a criminal case? Rathod says he does nt have any motive to kill Girish, he's well established.
Chotu's khabhri calls up and Chotu informs that someone's wid a lot of money had brought washing machines n tv's. Shree asks the brand names.
ETF OFFICE (wow!! New name plate! )
Shree finds out the transactions of so many items were made by Sushant's credit. Ayesha keep insisting to find out abt Bajrangi but they don't respond properly to her. Arjun says its easy to find out about him, he asks Shree to put up a fake ad, a mechanic needed and put the amount high, with ID proof, put it in all the newspapers and keep a man next to the phone.
Rathod, Shree leave to go to Sushant's place, Chotu goes to the two guards of Anuj's building who were sleeping that night. Ayesha and Arjun go to the place where Anuj was killed i.e his work place.
Arjun n Ayesha reach the office and Ayesha says that in the entire building there's only one balcony and maybe from Anuj was pushed. They walk in and read the board on the wall. Ayesha says that in every floor there's an office. Arjun replies tell me something I cant see. They walk up the stairs. They meet the secretary, she says that-that day Mr. Gupta n Anuj had a big argument in the cabin, they were discussing about some Singapore clients. Arjun asks abt d clients and d lady says dat there ws so much chaos aftr Anuj's death dat din pay attention to d clients.
Shree and Rathod go to Sushant's office, they introduce themselves as ETF and Rathod says we'r here to investigate about the credit transactions you'v made recently. Sushant runs off and Shree runs behind him. Rathod stands jus like that calmly and says gunah karne ke baad, yeh log aise bhaag kyun jaate hai? Unhe aisa kyun lagta hai ki hum unhe pakad nahi paate?
Sushant runs to d parking lot, and Shree comes in front of him, he punches Sushant and Sushant runs aagain and Rathod comes in front and start hitting him… (wow, I kinda love ETF belting up people… :D )
Rathod says u killed Girish because he dint take money from u and dint agree to say against ur brother Paresh, so u know that ur brother has killed Anuj. Sushant cries he says that his brother didn't commit any crime, he dint kill anyone n I know that and I can do anything to save my brother. They arrest him for bribing the witnesses.
Chotu is seen wid two guards, their conversation is muted, Chotu hit one of them.
ETF office
Someone informs them that Bajrangi is coming.
Bajrangi comes to d building "UAE something mechanics" he enters the office where Rathod is shown wid silky hair, like an Arab u can say and Ayesha dressed like an assistant. Bajrangi sits on the chair full rowdy style and Rathod says "Bajrangii". Baj asks how do u know my name? Ayesha says that the entire office is put up jus for u. Rathod says ur under arrest for killing Girish. He gets up and put a knife on Ayesha's neck, Rathod removes his gun, he warns Rathod to put the gun down or else he'l cut he neck. And then, then ARJUN kicks Bajrangi from back and he falls… Arjun full on belts Bajrangi and Rathod too!! ;)
Bajrangi says that he didn't do anything, when Girish came to ask for money, he had threatened him in a place and people were present there and after he got to know abt Girish's death he thought peoplewill think that he's d culprit and so he ran away.
Arjun n team go to Girish's house to take the bus ticket, the bus was taken from a place where Anuj's house is situated. They go to Anuj's house, Shilpa- Anuj's wife is questioned whether Girish had come there the night before he died. She says yes he had to take money, he asked for 20K but she didn't have it so she sent him off. Arjun notice things in here place and asks if someone visits her, she lies that no one ever visited her expect her parents.
ETF office.
Arjun says that Shilpa was lying n what was the need to lie?
He says he saw an envelope of d 2002 batch ICE something n he saw it somewhere. He also says that was insulin injection and a coffee on the table. Ayesha says so what? Cant she make coffee for herself? Arjun says she can, but there was sugar in d cup and Shilpa has diabetes so she cant drink a coffee wid sugar. Arjun remembers that he had seen that 2002 in Alwyn's office. They find out that Alwyn had been to Singapore n was Shilpa's classmate.
They go to Shilpa's place again and they question her,
Scene shifts to Alwyn's house. Arjun walks in n says that you killed Girish n things and Alwyn says that he can put charges on him for coming to his house and talking nonsense. Arjun calls Shilpa in, she walks in wid d rest of the team.
Shilpa n Alwyn confess their crime.
Anuj used to humiliate her n hit her. Alwyn was her lover boy n he thought if he gets high marks Shilpa might notice him. He topped n went to Singapore n wen he returned he got to know dat Shilpa got married. Shilpa n Alwyn both plan to kill Anuj, n dat night aftr pushing Anuj down, luckily Paresh came to the spot n people thought that he killed Anuj.
Wen Girish came the night before he died to Shilpa asking for money, he over-hears Shilpa's convo wid Alwyn n gets to know that Paresh didn't kill Anuj, she notices someone n sees dat Girish over-heard her convo.
The next day Alwyn gives Girish 16K sayng that Bajrangi gave it to him. So by the time he uttered something in the court he died.
Shilpa n Alwyn are arrested. Arjun says that there's something beyond love, its humanity.
