Short Update:
A woman, Sheena, is reported missing to the ETF who then try to trace what might have happened to her. The office receptionist, Mala, explains to the team how a man named Jay Malhotra was harassing Sheena in the recent days, and how he had been the one to leave with Sheena the night before. She also tells them about Misha, Sheena's best friend, and how the two had a fight. The ETF team slowly uncovers how Mala, feeling alone and without any friends, decides that she wants Sheena and Misha as her friends, at her birthday party, and decides to get them to her house before tying them up and forcing them to stay there. Once the ETF team manages to find out how Mala had been misleading them about who kidnapped Sheena, they solve the case quickly, and in a way leaving Mala with the belief that she does have friends.
Arjun's message at the end of the episode is about loneliness, and how if everyone took the time out of their own busy lives to notice someone else's sorrows, to show someone else they care, then life would be different.
**We also see a little snapshot into Rathod's and Arjun's past, showing us how the two were very good friends back in the day, with Arjun calling Rathod, Sam, but clearly things have changed and we don't know why.**

Detailed Update:
The episode opens with a woman working alone in an office, when she gets a text from Nakul asking her when she's coming, and suddenly, she hears a spooky voice. She decides to head out once more and gets on the elevator when someone else gets on with her as well, and acts creepily. She starts to feel uncomfortable and slightly afraid but the guy is still leering at her.
The scene shifts and we see this woman waking up to see a creepy doll in front of her and her mouth taped shut, with her hands tied behind her back. She's struggling to unbind herself, clearly afraid and panicking but is unable to free herself.

At the ETF office, Rathod receives tells the team about Sheena Mehra and how there's a missing person on her, sent by her boyfriend Nakul. She was supposed to meet him for dinner but didn't show up, and she hadn't gone home the night before. They decide to head out to her office, but Shree sounds and feels really sick, and Aisha tells him that he should stay back and rest, and although he protests, he gives in.

The ETF team begins interrogating people at the office, talking to Nakul, Sheena's boyfriend, who shows them that all of the pictures of Sheena in her cubicle, were ripped apart. They then talk to the receptionist who tells them that according to the records, along with Sheena, there was one more person who stayed back late last night, and that was Jay Malhotra [the man that was in the elevator with Sheena]. Mala, the receptionist, says that Jay has been staying late for the past few days and Arjun and Rathod decide to meet him.
Nakul is telling Aisha that he thinks Jay was the one that did this to Sheena, and repeats an incident from the week before when Jay misbehaved with Sheena when he was drunk.
Chotu talks to Misha, one of Sheena's friends, and she explains that Sheena was really stressed the past few days.

Jay makes some lemonade and drops a pill of some sort in it. Right then, Arjun and Rathod come there and immediately begin to search through the house. Arjun spots a hairclip, and apair of female shoes, they search through the house. Jay explains that he didn't come in to the office because his mom wasn't feeling well. And Jay says that the night before, he saw Sheena and they both left separately. He also explains that he's been staying late because of work and job insecurities.

Chotu suggests that it's possible that Jay had hidden away Sheena before going home hte night before, but Arjun and Rathod veto that idea, and come to the conclusion that Sheena seemed to have left with someone she knew the night before as if there was a struggle of some sort, the guard would have noted it.
Shree pulls up Nakul's and Sheena's phone records and Arjun notes that Misha and Nakul seemed to have a lot of phone calls between them even though it was Sheena that was Nakul's girlfriend. And conclude that something is off.

The ETF team talk to Mala, the receptionist abotu Sheena, and she says that noticed how in the beginning Nakul, Misha and Sheena always did everything together, and in the past week, since Sheena's birthday, it's been different but Sheena and Misha had a fight then. But Mala is full of praises of Sheena, and how she was nice to her when no one else was. Arjun gives Mala his phone number and tells her to give him a call if she has anymore information.
Rathod asks Arjun why he didn't give Mala his card, and gave her his actual number, but Arjun remains elusive.
THe ETF questions Misha about her fight with Sheena, and Misha doesn't answer. Aisha snatches away her phone and looks at her texts to Nakul, which she notes are very flirtatious and romantic and Misha finally explains that she liked Nakul from the beginning, but he liked Sheena. Sheena didn't know about Misha's feelings for Nakul, but found out on the night of her birthday and told Misha off.

We see Sheena still struggling to get away from that doll, but unable to do so, until she finally falls over and hits her head on something.

That evening, Mala talks to Nakul, and he walks away, before she then invites Misha for a get together. Misha initially declines but says she'll go after Mala tells her Nakul is attending as well.
Mala and Misha reach Mala's home, where Misha notices the ripped pictures of Sheena in a photo frame, and she becomes frightened and tries to leave, but before she's able to do so, Mala enters there with a knife, and Misha is forced to stay back, and instead says she has to use the washroom.

At the ETF office, the team finds out that Mala hadn't taken the office car home the night before. Arjun brings up how Mala is a very organized person, has everything in groups of three, and Aisha explains that this may be OCD - obsessive compulsive disorder. She's obsessed with patterns in her life, and they realize that her not having taken the office car home, means something is off. Arjun and the ETF team slowly come to the conlusion and realize that Mala had been misleading them with information about Jay Malhotra, and Misha, etc.
Rathod says that Mala was not trying to cooperate with them, she was trying to mislead them. Arjun agrees with him, and calls Rathod Sam - stunning everyone there.
We then see flashbacks of Rathod and Raute, both chasing each other, Arjun trying to grab a phone from Rathod's hands, them driving around on a motorcycle, memories of theirs from the past where they were good friends.
Raute ends up snapping out of his memories and brings everyones attention back to the case. They decide to go to the office to try and talk to Mala.

Misha in Mala's house where she locks the door, and that's when she hears Sheena struggling, and sees her tied up. Mala notices the door is locked and ends up pushing it open, swirling a knife in front of Misha's face.

The ETF team get to the office and notice Mala isn't there, when another man comes there and leads them to Misha's cubicle, where we see her face has been ripped off from all her pictures as well!

Scene shifts to Mala's house, where now both Sheena and misha are tied up and Mala enters with a cake, singing happy birthday to herself, as the two girls are struggling. Mala calls them best friends, and she wanted them at her birthday party, wanted a party like Sheena's. We see how disturbed a girl Mala is. Meanwhile, Misha ends up managing to untie herself, and slowly calls Nakul, before she starts screaming at Mala, and Nakul manages to understand that Mala has trapped both Sheena and Misha in her house. Nakul immediately calls Arjun, and Arjun Aisha and Rathod go over to Mala's house once they realize what's happening.
Mala threatens to kill Misha if the three of them decide to take away her "friends" and Aisha calms her down, telling her that they don't want to take her friends away and came to celebrate with her. Mala becomes suspicious but pleasantly surprised, and says how she wants friendship, and becomes really happy finally on hearing that they want to celebrate with her.
In the end, the three manage to successfully trick Mala and Aisha holds her back while Rathod and Arjun free Sheena and Misha. Arjun walks up to Mala and tells her that they're all her friends, and asks her if she wants to go with them, and the woman struggles to smile as she has tears in her eyes.
We soon see the police taking her away, with her dolls in her hand, and Arjun is watching her, saying how loneliness and sorrow. We become so engrossed in our lives, that we fail to see other people's sorrows. If we take out some time out of our own lives for others, then life would be different.
And we see Mala smiling, waving at Arjun, who gives a half smile and waves back.
