As for the direct selection the double promotion, it was Parvati.. Devan recognized her and asked why she was there in the zonal auditions too. He called Mahati and Soumya and asks what to do.. Soumya says you both have listened to her in person, I have only seen her on screen. So why dont I have just a treat. She sings Oru Deivam thanda poove from Kannathil Muthamittal. Devan hands her over the Zonal certificate (the green one) in place of the sticker and says this means she doesnt need to participate in the next round and it was a ticket to Chennai :)
Well She sounded good for sure. Though I did like a couple of guys exactly to the same level and were not given that chance..
