I am really sorry that I could not send the written update yesterday but it wa entirely my laptop's fault, which made me loose twice all my update.
Anyways,I am back with the written update, it is quite long, the same lenght I typed yesterday the first time half and the second time all of it. Please forgive me if there is any mistake
A party was taking place, the whole place has painting all over the places. A woman, Geeta, art dealer said to all the guests that Raghav, the painter, has sold his latest painting in London auction at a very high price thus the reason of the party.
Later, Raghav was sleeping when he heard some noise and woke up, he came out and found Geeta there. Raghav was angry on her since he believed she cheated on her regarding some rates. Geeta denied them saying that his detectives were lying.
After sometime, both Raghav and Geeta are together on bed, Geeta searched something in her handbag, on Raghav's asking she said that she was searching his gift.
NEXT MORNING
A man, Vishnu, Raghav's assistant painter, entered in the house and found Raghav hung in a photo frame, his hands tied.
ETF came there and started investigating, they noticed that Raghav was hit on head. Seeing the posture, Arjun said that maybe someone wanted to pass on a message.
Vishnu told ETF that Raghav did not have any family, even his parents died ten years ago. Then he shew them last night's party photo.
Guests: Mr and Mrs Mehta. Mr and Mrs Wadia. Gattu and Benoy, Raghav's old friend, who left the party early, as a drunk Raghav taunted them about his success, his paintings were sold in crores.
Arjun noticed tat Raghav changed his watch, after seeing the party photo. Chotu said that he found lipstick mark and a long hair, as well as a gift wrapper, which had a name initial. Vishnu informed them to be of Geeta's, since she also the keys of the house. With that, he added, that how could Raghav take the gift, since Geeta was cheating on him regarding his paintings' rates.
Rathod told Ayesha to take statements of all the guests and to interrogate Gattu. While Arjun said to Chotu to find out if Raghav lodged any complaint against Geeta in local police station.
ETF OFFICE
Raghav's death time was 4AM. Apart that, the guard closed the grill at nights and opened it only at 6AM. He opened the grill once for Vishnu but he did not see them time.
STATEMENTS: Mr and Ms WADIA had a 2AM flight for Dubai which they took; Mr and Mrs Mehta's CCTV proved that they came back at 1am and left at 9am. They had no information about Gattu, his whereabouts were unknown. Benoy, worked in a college and they could meet him after 1pm.
INTERROGATION ROOM
Ayesha was interrogating Geeta, who at first did not speak but on Ayesha's askance, she told everything, she went back in the party at 1am, as they were having an affair but they did not want to tell anyone. She gifted him a watch and left his place at 2AM. Ayesha asked her if she suspected someone, to which Geeta replied either people loved him for his paintins or hated him for his pride, attitude.
Ayesha then asked her that Raghav wanted to have an audit done in her acc**ts. Geeta denied having cheated, she declared her accounts were clear.
Later, ETF got to know Raghav died because of being hung and not because of being hit.
RAGHAV STUDIO/HOUSE
Geeta there told them the painting addition was done by a non-painter as the strokes were no Raghav's.
Arjun saw a new painting there, the servant told them that Vishnu brought it back today from an exhibition. Arjun realized it was no there in the morning, Shree confirmed it seeing the snaps taken. They suspected Vishnu.
VISHNU PLACE
Arjun stepped on the ladder there and found the copies of Raghav's painting, Vishnu took Rghav's paintings copied them and then sold them with Raghav's name. Vishnu admited that he copied the paintings but he denied killing Raghav. Rathod took him in custody.
IN CAR
Ayesha told Arjun Gattu's full name: Ganesh Pillai and informed him that she put red alert for Gattu.
COLLEGE, BENOY's CABIN
ETF reached in Benoy's cain. Benoy took out a photo album, with his left hand, he was not using his right hand. The album had the trio college photos. Benoy told them 20 years ago, Gattu and Raghav were participating in grant Paris, it was competition on water theme, and the winner would get a chance to go to Paris for 3 years. Raghav won it and Gattu was very angry with this fact.
As Ayesha and Arjun walked out, Ayesha received a call and said out loud Gattu's adress. She informed Arjun that Gattu reserved a ticket on his name for Frankfurt for the next day.
GATTU's HOUSE
Gattu told them he was a way more better painter then Raghav. He then took them in his gallery, he shew them his 3D painting on the floor, it was pit. Gattu shew them his painting for competition. He also added that Raghav was very arrogant, full of ego and only wanted fame. He admited that he hated the fact that Raghav won.
Gattu told them that he left the party at 9pm, reached at home at 11pm and slept. The next day he was up around 10AM. Yet he did not have any proof.
ETF forbade him to leave the country as Gattu mentionned his trip the next for Frankfurt with his clients. They left Chotu to keep an eye on Gattu.
RAGHAV's HOUSE
Arjun took there a person and made him pose the way Raghav was hanged. As Shree asked the reason behind it, Arjun told him that person who killed Raghav wanted to give a message. The frame, and the person hand in it, it was like a 3D painting. All they had to fo wa to look from the right angle.
After observing a bit, Arjun realized what it was. The trick of Qutum Minhar was used, the way people tok photos were it seemed the Minhar was in their hands.
Seeing from the right angle, Arjun saw a rock and in painting a hand, he asked Shree to see if there was blood on it and there was beneath it.
They put the pieces together, He concluded that Raghav smashed someone's hand. Shree added on sea-shore.
Arjun thought for a bit and said it was Benoy, since he never used his right hand, confirming his doubt by seeing the party pics.
Arjun called Ayesha and told her to find out Art college was under which local police station and check there if Benoy lodged a complaint against Raghav. Before Ayesha could say anything, Arjun ended the call.
Ayesha told Rathod that Arjun was a nice cop yet mysterious. She added that Rathod must knew him as they are friends. Rathod went in flahback: Arjun and Rathod were jogging, when Arjun stopped Rathod brought cutting chai for him. Arjun declared Rathod to know him so well.
Rathod came out from his past and said he did not know Arjun. Ayesha said that he knew Arjun a lot more than he shew. Rathod told her to focus on the case.
LOCAL POLICE STATION
Rathod told Arjun that Benoy made a complaint against Raghav in June 1990 for smashing his hand, but Gattu testimonied that Raghav was with him the whole day. Due to that the case was CLOSED.
Arjun told Rathod to go at Benoy's house and catch him as he was near the house.
BENOY's HOUSE
Ayesha an Rathod found out that Benoy also applied for the Grant Paris but had to drop out since his hand was smashed.
GATTU'S PLACE
Benoy came there and told Chotu, who was guarding there, that he had soome proofs to give them. He asked Chotu to help him open the car door, as he got an opportunity he hit on Chotu's head, making him faint. He entered in the house and caught Gattu.
Rathod and Ayesha reached there, He left Ayesha with Chotu and entered in the house. He saw Gattu as well about to be hanged. Rathod stopped him but Benoy hit a bottle on Gattu's head and took out a lighter.
He said he tried to forgive everything, when Raghav called him now for his party he thought maybe he wanted to apologize but he did not, he was the same egoistic person, instead he insulted Benoy.
He came back at home but could not sleep, he thought to take revenge, he went back at Raghav's house, he found Geeta was there, so he waited till she left. Till then he painted, as Geeta left, he made some noise to wake up Raghav and to come in the studio. Then he hit n his head and hung him.
Arjun also came there and said that he already punished Raghav, he should forgive Gattu since he only gave wrong statement.
Benoy told them that they did not know the whole truth. While Raghav was smashing his right hand, Gattu was holding his legs. They were drunk yet conscious enough to know what they were doing.
Arjun told Rathod to go out and close the door, Rathod followed Arjun's instruction. As Rathod closed the door, Arjun threw down the shelves, breaking the bottles, which caused gas in the room.
Benoy was about to lit the lighter but Arjun told him that if he lit the lighter Benoy and Arjun would die as well, Benoy's art would be never recognized. Benoy gave up and Arjun took the lighter.
