@ Bold: But then why not promote from outside Sony if they think no one in Sony forums deserves promotion?

But then they also did say that more promotions to come, so maybe the Sony promotions are still to come.

Honestly I don't see any new names.

Existing mods are just shuffled...is that called promotion?
