Gopi, Gulgule and Billu are busy with the marriage preparations. Mukhund Mishra halwayi (ganchu ki kadai mein), Ghodi waala (neigh 990 ka loonga), tailor (button doyi lagaaonga) and band waala are at the chauki. Gulgule tells the halwaayi that they will come to his shop and eat a lot and if they feel good then he will get the catering order.
Jhingur jaabaz comes into the chauki (Stess level high hai Sallu humaara bhai hai ) to register an FIR. He tells that he his wife thinks that he is getting married again and thus has put a detective behind him to check if he is getting married to anyone. Gulgule tells that they will not write any FIR today and sends him away.
At Bilauti's house
Mehendi function going on at Bilauti's place. Gopi comes in with brides dress. Bilauti's mother (pallu ghuma ke) gives the gift with gold items to Gopi and asks him to give it to Billu and ask him to wear it while coming for marriage. Bilauti's mother tells that as per Bilauti's kundali she has to get married by 10 O clock else the next mahurat is after 20 years and thus asks them to be on time.
At Billu's place
Haldi function going on at Billu's place. Commissioner and Billu's sister apply haldi while Gulgule sings. Gopi comes in and tells that the they have to be there tomorrow by 10 AM sharp.
The next day -- Imaan Chauki
Everyone dances and in excitement BP shoots in the air and Billu's horse gets scared and runs away with Billu. The Ghodi waala and BP have a fight and the ghodi waala says that its a marriage season so he used his brain and bought a race horse but when it listened to the gun fire it felt the race started so it will run for 10-20 kms and come back. Gulgule tells that the horse went towards chambal.
At chambal
A group of bandit's are waiting for a rich man's son's baraath so that they can steal all the gold.
At Imaan Chauki
Team is waiting for Billu to come back and getting tensed about 10 O clock deadline. BP tells that they should find a groom for bilauti atleast.
Jhingur jaabaz comes to the chauki and everyone decides to make him the groom. He says he won't become groom as his wife will come to know that he really is going to get married to someone else, but then BP shows the gun and makes him ready.
At Chambal
Billu reaches chambal. The bandits wonder where did the whole gang of people go and then decides to rob the gold he is wearing.
The bandits stop the horse and catch Billu. Bandits rob billu.
At Marriage hall
Bilauti's mother is getting tensed as to why didn't the baraat come and just in time the baraath comes. They are welcomed but Gulgule doesn't let them see the face of groom. Gulgule, BP and Gopi are waiting for Billu and pray that he comes in time.
At Chambal
Bandits take away everything including the dress but they don't leave them. They ask him to make them happy by dancing only then they will leave him. The bandits switch on the radio and make him dance.
At Marriage hall
The detective sees that Jhingur jaabaz is getting married again and informs the same to his wife. Jhingur thinks of leaving but BP shows his gun and makes him sit silent.
At Chambal
After a lot of dancing the bandits let him go.
At Marriage hall
Jhingur takes phera's with bilauti when Billu arrives and sees the same. Billu runs and comes in and everyone gets shocked looking at him without dress.
Jhingur's wife comes there and beats Jhingur. BP tells all the story and solves their problem.
Billu then tells the whole story and Bilauti's mother asks them to get married quickly.
Billu and bilauti get married. he is making the bed ready when bilauti steps in with milk. Billu becomes happy and asks to give the glass, Bilauti shots at him and drinks all the milk. Billu ignores it and asks her to pull over the ghoonghat, she listens to it and shouts that there are no customs, she has a bad headache and asks him to press her head a little. Billu gets shocked looking at her changed behaviour. She then tells that she is feeling sleepy and she cannot sleep without her mother and calls her inside. Bilauti and her mother sleep on the bed and push billu down.
