CHAPTER 5

ESCAPE FROM THREAT

     Sanju is at her home getting ready t othe college. As she is about to go, she gets a message that reads

                       " ab tum khush ho na mujhse break up karne se?? kya baat hai… koi new boyfriend mila kya tujhe??"

She reads it and gets so nervous as the message is from Vishal. At college, she shows it to Ela and Vinnie.

V: Tum daro mat Sanju, pls ignore him. Sab messages ko delete karo.

E: Sanju… pls don't cry my dear.

S: Kaise ignore kar sakti hoon… woh mujhe chodtha hi nahi hain. Ye sab messages bejh kar torture kar raha hain. Agar main kitna ignore karoon woh utna mujhe threatening kar raha hain😡.

V: Ek idea hain.. shall we inform to his parents??

S: Nahi.. if we do that, he too informs my parents about that. No

V: Par kya kare??

E: Sanju, Vinnie, pls woh sab chodo… yahan pe dekho.

S: (gets excited by seeing some notice) yeh toh all over India ka dance fest hain.😉

V: yeah guys, we have to rock it guys.

  As Sanju and Vinnie are discussing about the fest, suddenly Ela runs away from there….

S: Hey Ela, kya hua??

V: Ela, Ela …. Stop

S: Ela, ab tumhe kya hua??

E: (stressed) main yeh fest mein participate nahi karungi.

V: Kyun?? Abhi toh tum humhe sataya bahut aur ab yeh kaisi baat kar rahi ho tum??😕

S: Ela! Kya hua? Reason batao.

E: MAC!!!!!!!!😭

S and V: (confused and say) Mac!!! Yeh Mac kaun hain😲??

E: Woh ek ladka mera school mate tha. When I was in 10^th standard, he proposed me but I didn't accept it.

S: Kyun nahi accept kiya?? Any problem??

E: Haan! Woh bhi bahut possessive hota tha aur mujhe woh accha nahi laga. Isliye reject kiya. Ab Mac dance fest main aayega aur mujhe dekhega toh problem ho jaayega.

S: Cm on Ela.. kuch nahi hoga.. u just perform okay.. no problem…. Hum hain na tumhare saath….

 The trio hug…..

     Sanju goes to the canteen and thinks about how to escape from Vishal. She gets nothing but nervousness. Vishal comes there and sits beside Sanju. She gets shocked on seeing him.

S: Tum!!! Yahan pe??

V: kyun?? Main yahan aana chahiye kya?? Yeh tumhara baap ka ilaaka hai kya??

S: Pls Vishal.. mujhse door raho pls aur yeh messages karna bundh karo.

V: why??? Didn't you like it?

He comes nerarer to her. She gets nervous as there is nobody to defend her.

S: Pls Vishal paas mat aana.

V: Kyun Sanju…I cant forget u… pls come back to me na. pls my dear.

S: No I hate u

   She slaps him and when Vishal is about to slap her back, Prithvi comes to her aid😳.

P: Aapko maine ek decent aur disciplined student samjha. Par yeh sab kya kar rahe hain aap.

S: Prithvi!! Yeh mujhe bahut torture kar raha hain messages bejh kar.. yeh dekho

(she shows him messages that Vishal sent)

P: Pls kindly I request you ki aap Sanju se door rahiye…

V: Bloody hell. Hmm Sanju. I hav ur father number. Use call karke main sab sach batadoonga. Tum log jo karna hai wo karo.

    Hearing this, Sanju gets scared. Prithvi catches him and Sanju takes off the mobile, removes sim card and breaks  the mobile by throwing it towards the wall. She slaps him again and says " if you keep on torturing me like this, I have to file a police complaint on you". Saying this, she cries and Prithvi consoles her.

S: Kyun Prithvi!! Mujhe hi  yeh sab kyun ho raha hain???

P: Sanju, pls don't cry and pls don't let urself down. You are very relaxed now. Wo chala gaya na. toh chinta kyun?? If this repeats again tell me. Okay

S: Oh Prithvi!! Thank u waise tum yeh risk mere liye… sorry for the inconvenience which I made.

P: Its okay waise friends ke beech aise sorry aur thank u nahi hona chahiye right???

S: Hmmm.

P: And one more thing. I ll call u everyday from now on bcz tum roj apni ghar pe crying karti rehti ho isliye main tumhari sab chinta door krta hoon. It will be silly but its my duty.

S: Oh so nice of you Prithvi!! But im very happy now.

P: okay. Hey all over India dance fest ka notice aaya hain.

S: Yeah.. aur humhare team mein tum bhi part lena hain pls don't say no.

P: What? Main kyun??

VARUN AND MAC ENTRY

           Sanjana, Vinnie and Ela give a stunning performance in dance fest. All cheeer them up👏👏👍🏼.

         In the rest room, Juhi comes there and exclaims " OMG!!!! Tum toh mind blowing ho yaar…. Awesome performance. Stage ko rock kar diya tu ne". "oh thank u Juhi" said Sanju excitedly😃😳😳.

Vin : Kya baat hain Ela, tumhe apna boyfriend mila kya?

E: Shut up Vinnie. Mujhe darr hain kahi na wo mujhe dekh lega toh main kya karoon.

San : cm on Ela, cheer up, come baaki ka performances dekhne chalte hain.

    They go near the stage. Announcement already came that someone is going to perform on the stage. "OMG!!! Yeh toh wahi hain. Mac hain" saying this Ela tries to hide behind her friends. Music started. Lights on. The song jhak maar ke from the movie DESI BOYS started to play. Ela goes into her imagination mode.

     Performance was over but Ela still in her imagination. When she is out, she noticed that Mac is behind her🤢.

 Mac : Ela …. Oh Teri….. tum yahan kaise???

Ela : Tum???

Mac : haan… kya.. any prob??

   Then, Sanjana and Vinnie introduce themselves to him and say " tum toh Ela ki boyfriend ho na?"

Mac : Kya?? Oh to tumne sab kuch bataa diya humhari baarein mein…

Ela : Bullshit!! Yeh meri bf nahi hain…😡😡.

Mac : Ok cool …. Just chill out… now im ur friend just… hey mera ek friend hain… abhi uska performance hone wala hain so I ll just be back… or else lets meet at backstage. Bye …

    Just then lights go off. The song ANGREZI BEAT PE from COCKTAIL started to play. Sanjana sees the person who is dancing and gets shocked. He is none other than VARUN MITTAL.

Vin : Kya hua Sanju??

San : Guys… ye Varun Mittal mera dosth hain… school mate tha….

E : Wow Sanju, wo kitna smart hain. Dekho.

San : Yeah… but I have a doubt😕😕… is he Varun or someone else?

Vin : lets go to the backstage. Wahan sab pata chal jayega na.

  After his performance, all were at the backstage. Varun reaches there near Mac. Sanju, in her childish way, comes from his back and closes his eyes with her hands.

Var : Kaun?? Kaun hain??

San : Guess?? Guess karne se koi problem nahi hain.          

Var : I'm sorry….i cant say… so pls tumhi mujhe batao.. kaun??

 He then forcefully removes her hands and sees Sanju.

Var : Tum??

San : Forgot?? Main Sanjana …. Sanju… tuimhari school mate hoon stupid😆😆.

Var : Yeah.. yeah… now I remember… Sanju….kaisi ho??

San : Main theek hoon. Tum?

Var : Main toh full bindaas hoon. Main Delhi pe hi ek engineering college main padh raha hoon.

San :  Yeah … me too same… with my parents.

Var : Ok…. Main toh akele hi Mac ke saath rehta hoon.

San : What?? Par tumhare parents??

Var : wo… mere parents met with an accident and expired. Only I was survived.

 All get shocked on hearing this.

Var : Sanju.. kya hua… hosh mein ho ya nahi??

San : Hmm… yeah… main tumhe baad mein milthi hoon. Mujhe jaana hain. Bye.. take care varun.
