Sony Entertainment Television has failed to garner the much needed TRPs when it comes to their fiction space. However, the channel is still hopeful that their upcoming line-ups will help them bag the numbers. As soon after launching Shashi Sumeet Mittal Productions' Dil Ki Nazar Se Khoobsurat, the broadcaster is gung-ho about their next venture with TV Queen Sanaya Irani, namely Optimystix'sChanchan.

As reported by certain section of the media, Chanchan will be replacing Sri Adhikari Brother's Hongey Judaa Na Hum which is being pulled off air pertaining to its dismal performance. However, the latest is that Hongey will end on 21 March and Chanchan will air from 25 March 2013 at 9 pm.

So, all Sanaya Irani fans can now rejoice…

But the story doesn't end here.

We have also heard that Aamna Shariff, lead of Hongey Judaa, has stopped shooting abruptly pertaining to payment issues. The actress hasn't come on the sets from the last ten days and she has no plans on returning till her concerns are met.

We are sure you're wondering why? So here is what our source went on to add, "Aamna stopped shooting the moment she learnt that the show's going off air. In fact, she told the makers that she won't begin shooting till she does not receive her pay cheques immediately (usually payments are made after work is done, but Aamna wants her remuneration in advance)."

The same source continued, "It is not practically possible as after the work gets done, payments are made. That is the usual norm in the industry. We have no idea why she is behaving so unprofessionally."

Hence, the creatives of the show have now decided to have a 'not so happy' ending. As shown so far, Muskaan has been kidnapped by some goons and she will die there.

We tried contacting Aamna but she remained unavailable for comment.

What a waste of talent. So much hype and build up for the show yet
It ended up being a complete wash off. Cv's really need  a wake up call.
Far too many good shows have ended like this in a really dismal way.
