On the forum,if you are viewing the topic list (that is not reading a particular thread), you can see buttons for 'Hall of Fame' ,  'New Thread' and 'New Poll' just above the page numbers and before all the threads' list starts. For example, if on page 1 of the forum, look above the green box that says Topic, Starter, etc

Edit: Oops.Just realised when I clicked on the button. The feature has not been enabled for this forum. Maybe the DT team can help
