I saw last night's episode in glimpses so here's a short update of the same.

Last night CID team concludes that the girl who is locked in the basement, supervisor guy was talking about and the one whom Vicky rescued and stayed with his family for 3 years are the same and then the girl was kidnapped and everyone who knew her were killed.They search Vicky hostel room and find a 3 year old newspaper but most of the pictures missing. Pratap sees Tejali's name in one adv. about Chandni's birthday party in that newspaper and wonders if it is CID officer Tejali. When they try to contact Tejali, her cell phone is found thrashed and Mandira missing from home. CID team suspects Dr. Mandira's intentions. They convey the same to Tejali. But Tejali doesn't believe them. An officer who was following Mandira is killed the same way, by slitting of throat. Tejali goes in search of Mandira and can't find her. When she reaches home and search for clues, she finds something written in blood inside the almirah 'if you want to see your daughter alive, meet us'. Tejali calls CID team.

Pratap's sister is visiting him from from Pune. Someone is recording their activities. Then we are shown a guy named Vikram gambling and losing all the money. Another guy who calls himself JK offers to help him and his tips helps Vikram win all the money. JK takes Vikram to a beautiful mansion and tells him that all the money and the mansion can be latter's if he work for him. Vikram agrees. Story moves forward by 3 months and we are shown Vikram's wife Kavita lodging a complaint with CID special bureau that her husband is missing. She tells them that he called her from Biral ganj and after that no news from him. CID team reaches biral ganj and find a vacant land with only few shops there. They show Vikram's photo to those shop owners and ask if Vikram was there? They have no clue. Kavita tells CID team that Vikram sure was there because he called from a STD booth and told her that there is a shop called Kavita stores which was there. Kavita also gives them a job offer letter which Vikram got from JK. The letter has a stamp of smiling cat.  Ajatshatru asks Akshay and Pratap to stay in a lodge and they return to Mumbai. It's raining at night and they hear someone's noise. It's the the watchman who was stabbed by two masked men and now they are behind Pratap and Akshay.


Pratap and Akshay do some good stunts with those masked men and finally capture them. Another masked guy comes and throws knives at those masked men and they die. Akshay call Ajatshatru to tell this incident. Tejali and Jasmine work on more clues about Biral ganj and Ajatshatru and Dr.Bharadwaj join Akshay & Pratap in the morning. Jasmine calls Ajatshatru to go to the bus to do video conferencing because they have got more clues about smiling cat. Smiling cat was the symbol of some town which is now a an archaeological site. The scientist who was doing the work along with his workers went missing after the landslide. Ajatshatru, Dr.Bharadwaj, Akshay & Pratap go to that place and a guy comes there and tell that many people come there in search of treasure but went missing. Ajatshatru falls into a pit and they assume that someone lives there. They search whole area and find more clues about smiling cat. In Mumbai Vikram returns home and Kavita asks him where he was? Vikram is very scared and tells her that he is been followed and JK is dangerous. Kavita tells him that they should immediately go to Tejali & Jasmine to seek help. As they drive another car blocks their path and Kavita and Vikram get down to ask the driver of that car to give them way. The car opens and JK is in that car, Vikram is scared and asks Kavita to run. But Kavita doesn't and turn and point a gun towards Vikram. JK laughs. Vikram is shocked.

Correction: In part 1 & 2 updates I mentioned Arun's name as Vikram. Thanks to fortvpur for pointing that out. Now to concluding part of this story.
Pratap is still confused whether to help those people with the map and code. But he agrees once he realizes that his sister will be in trouble if he doesn't. Dr.Araknath gives him the map and tells him that it was written in the local language (somewhat similar to harappan culture sign language) but Arun was successful in decoding it and wrote in hindi(😕😕 god knows how he could).So Dr.Araknath gives the Hindi code and map to Pratap. It kind of a poetry and Pratap understands half part of it. He takes Dr.Araknath, Kavita, JK and other 2 guys to a place in the jungle from where they can see half moon and there is an arch. Now they have to find smiling cat's statue. Pratap tells Dr.Araknath and 2 guys to be near that arch and he asks JK and Kavita to go along with him in search of smiling cat. Pratap escapes from there and reaches home. But alas! finds his sister missing and a note which says if he wants his sister back, he should decode and find the treasure. He calls ACP Ajatshatru and tells him everything. Ajat tells him to keep a transmitter chip in his shoe and go to the jungle again. They will follow his track.  Pratap does the same. He along with rest of criminal gang go in search of smiling cat and find it. Next they have to find flame of forest which is Palash tree (it's also known as flame of forest because of bright red flowers). Then next clue is to find a soothing voice. Pratap hears noise of a water fall and he tells that's the soothing voice in the code. While Pratap and criminals are on treasure hunt Ajat & team are tracking them. Pratap finds the waterfall and there the two guys start digging and they find the treasure. Dr.Araknath suddenly changes and the two guys are with him. He shoots JK and about to shoot Kavita that Ajatshatru and team comes there and catch them. They also find Pratsp's sister and Ajatshatru grands him 1 day holiday😊.

A body is found in the lake and when they bring it to the bureau the CID team finds a chain locket with 6769 written on it.On his body there is a name written Sumit and it is written by the killer. Dr Bhardawaj finds a piece of paper in the stomach which has some letters and it turns out to be directions as there are only Land R meaning left and right. On the hand of the dead man they find a figure that depicts a church , mosque and temple in one place. Ajatshatru knows a place and they all go there and follow the coordinates as per the letters and they reach a dead end. There they find a phone booth there and although it sounded ike a dead phone when Ajatshatru dialed 6769 it connected and the voice on the other line tells him to come to a warehouse. Ajatshatru goes to the empty warehouse where some masked men attack him. Akshay and the rest of the CID SB provide backup and shoot them but then they are all surrounded again. This time the people identify themselves as Mrityujayan and his CBI team. They tell Ajatshatru that they are on a a mission they cannot disclose and the person who died was their person who was helping to solve the mission. Ajatshatru drops Jasmine home and she finds a message from Sujeev telling her to met at the docks. She goes to the docks and right when Sujeev comes there to meet her they get surrounded again by Mrityujayan adn his CBI team.


The CBI team tells Jasmine that the person with her is Summet who killed their agent .Sumeet tries to escape and Jasmine is brought to the CBI office for questioning where she says that the person was not Sumeet but her husband Sujeev and they had secretly married as their parents were against it. Mrityujayan tells her that he is a criminal and the reason that their agent died. Jasmine to prove her point that he is Sujeev and not summit goes to his best firends house .The best friend says that Sumit and Sajeev are the same person but before he can give more info he is killed. In the meantime they show Deepshika telling her men to find Sumeet. There is a message for Jasmine which is a bottle rim .Jasmine recognizes that Sujeev wants to meet her at a particular mall. She goes there with the CID SB team where she learns that Sujeev is actually an undercover cop. He says that he and the agent that died were on the same mission. Deepshika figured that the person who died was a traitor and hence killed him.Sujeev says that he tried to save him but was not able to and he ran away from there to tell Jasmine but then was surrounded by the CBI team .He tells them that there is a traitor within the CBI and because of that he is in hiding and needs to find out who is that officer. Ajatshatru decides to give him cover to get to the bottom of this.Deepshika has heard all this and is upset she has been betrayed and swears to get back

Everyone worries if they have lost Jasmine. Ajatshatru asks Akshay to enquire if anyone saw the bombblast and asks Tejali and Pratap to get all the clues and take them to Dr.Bharadwaj. Akshay brings a couple and they tell that they saw a lady wearing a jacket and a hair as a pony tails with lots of plaits. Tejali says it is Jasmine. Sujeev is sad.

They take some parts of clothes, a detached leg and some other clues and Dr.Bharadwaj conducts some tests and comes to the conclusion that it is indeed Jasmine as blood samples match too.

They again go to the site of bomb blast and find a ladies shoe. Ajatshatru concludes that other than Jasmine there was one more lady. Two kids come to that area and enquire about Auntie. CID SB team asks them if they know what happened there. Kids say that they saw two aunties talking and then one auntie took them outside and they head a baaam!! Then that auntie left.

Tejali says that she still can't believe that Jasmine is no more. Bharadwaj says that all the clues indicate that but he will surely try to reach the bombers. Dr.Bharadwaj inspects ladies shoe and find some crushed glass under the sole. He tells Ajatshatru and team that there is crushed glass and cheap glue under the show. They think which place has both these things and come to the conclusion that it is from some twine factory(?).

CID team goes in search of all small twine factories. They reach a place where a guy is sitting outside and as soon as they enter for search, that guy tries to shoot and Akshay shoots him. They find Jasmine all tied up there. Jasmine tells them that suicide bomber was waiting for Sujeev. They thought that if Jasmine goes there then Sujeev will follow her but actually those two kids came there and suicide bomber asked Jasmine to take the kids and run from there. Jasmine did that and bomb blasted. Jasmine fell unconscious. When she opened eyes, Deepshikha (boss lady) was threatening Sujeev to meet them or would kill Jasmine. Pratap finds a cloth there but it's not blood but ketchup.

Ajatshatru says the person who kidnapped Pallavi (Sumeet's gf) put a cloth on her face and ketchup bottle fell from her hands so this must be that person's. They conclude that the person who kidnapped Pallavi & sent suicide bomber to Jasmine are the same. Dr.Bharadwaj calls to tell that the fingerprints he got from Pallavi's face matched with a small time thug.

CID team grabs the thug and asks him to call his boss.He talks to Deepshikha. CID team notes that they could hear sounds of seagull, boats and fishermen so it must be the dockyard.

At dockyard Deepshikha is torturing Sujeev, CID team arrives and captures everyone. Ajatshatru finds CID inspector Mrityunjaya there. Mrityunjaya tells him that he came here to capture Deepshikha but Ajatshatru sees ketchup on his pants and captures Mrityunjaya. Mrityunjaya agrees that he is the boss. He was the one who kidnapped Pallavi and sent suicide bomber to Jasmine. He wanted to kill Sujeev as latter came to know the truth about their gang.

This week's CID special bureau story is a continuation of last Friday's CID story. So read the update by fortvpur here http://www.india-forums.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=71261 before proceeding to this story. 

Abhijit is not happy with Dr.Anjalika's suggestions to hand over the case to CID special bureau team. ACP Pradyuman asks ACP Ajatshatru to find the guy before next blast as now Bandora is dead and he was the mastermind behind the blasts. He has asked someone to blast particular places at certain time and now they need to find that guy soon. Ajatshatru has to solve this case because he was the one who released Bandora from prison. Dr.Anjalika tells that the bomber guy must be around 25 years old with a mind of 6 years old. So Bandora sort of hypnotized him to do his work.

Two guys give Subbu 1 lakh and ask him to mimic rival gang's boss's voice and ask them to leave RDX in the car and run. Subbu calls them as their boss Luthia and ask them to leave RDX in the cars and run. They do the same.

Dr.Anjalika tells CID SB team that Bandora died of heart attack but she found mud under his nails, brick & granite powder from his hair and clothes, ash from his body and burnt human flesh from his neck. So most probably he made the bomb where all this things are available. Ajatshatru comes to the conclusion that such a place could be cemetery and there could be a constuction site nearby. They need to search cemetery around the place from where Bandora posted last letter.

Pratap finds a construction building. They search and Jasmine finds circuit boards, chips, burnt papers etc. They conclude that bombs were made here and they find some telephone nos. in those papers. Jasmine asks telephone exchange and finds that first 2 numbers are of places where bomb blasts already happened. Now 3^rd one is of another hotel.

CID SB team reaches the hotel with bomb diffusers and asks everyone to vacate the hotel. They can't find bomb and time runs out and they hear a blast. They run outside and find an airplane blasted above the hotel.

Ajatshatru and rest of the team is shocked.

Subbu is taken to boss Luthia. He asks him to return his RDX. Subbu says the other gang took RDX. Luthia gives him a tablet to eat or else he would kill him. Subbu takes the tablet. He can't speak anymore.

At CID SB officer reporters are angry with Ajatshatru for not being able to trace the bomber and ask him to resign. Abhijit from CID comes in and says ACP Ajatshatru needn't resign because they have got fresh evidence. He shows them a shoe. They traced the rickshawallah who dropped Bandora at post box and former took CID team to Bandora's house where they found nothing else but only the shoe. Anjalika checks the shoe and finds out that there is a hole in the sole and some soap there. They wonder what that means?

Daya comes in and says that the shoe is from a company called hum-tum and it's yet to be sold in the market. Only the director Fernando of the ad agency has the shoe that was given to him to make advertisement.

CID SB team goes to meet Fernando and latter tells them that his maid stole the shoe from his house. He doesn't know her whereabouts but says that she has a brother named Suresh who works as a projection boy in Jingara club. At the club the manager tells CID SB team that Suresh has not come for job for past 15 days.

Ajatshatru asks him to open the mini theater. The manager reluctantly opens it. They search mini theatre and then go to projection room. There they find a dead guy. Manager says that is Suresh. Now the team is perplexed. They conclude that someone knew that they are onto Suresh so killed him. Akshay finds a broken SIM card from there. Jasmine contacts the mobile company for SIM card details. There is an almirah when opened they find RDX.

They got to basement and find boss Luthia, his men and Subbu. Subbu shouts that Luthia and gang captured him. Luthia wonders how Subbu can talk. Subbu says he didn't swallow tablet. It was in his mouth. CID SB team questions Luthia but he don't say anything and grabs Pratap's gun and kills himself. Jasmine gets the SIM card number. So they decide to call that number.

The concluding part of the story will be on Friday 19th Aug by CID team. Its going to be a 1 hour show.

Bodies in wax – Part 1 aired Aug 22

This story opens with someone (not shown) pouring wax on someone (not shown) and we hear two screams, a guy and a girl's.

The story moves 3 years ahead and there is a statuette exhibition. Mr. Kora unveils his masterpiece work. It is a statuette of a guy and girl hugging. Many people appreciate his work. A couple walks in and that lady is shocked to see that statuette. She pushes the statuette it falls and breaks. Kora gets very mad and strangles her but her husband hits him with a vase and Kora dies.

Pratap and Akshay are in a shopping mall following someone. Akshay hears a girl talking on a public phone to someone about a murder. He questions that girl and she slaps him. People come there and the girl disappears. Akshay tells Pratap that this girl should be found. Pratap redials the number from the same public telephone as no one used the phone after that girl's call. It goes to Inspector Ninad's residence.

CID SB team reaches exhibition place where Kora died. They question the couple. That lady (her name is Meera) says that guy in the statuette was her 1st husband who died. Her present husband, Sudarshan is shocked to hear that. Ajatshatru asks her how he died and Meera says that her 1st husband Mohit was a sculpture and his work was not going very good and they had lots of fights. He disappeared 3 years ago. She filed a case with police station but after 3 months she got a suicide note saying that he is committing suicide.

Ajatshatru says that this statuette that she broke was made only 15 days back so how could her husband be dead for 3 years? Meera takes CID SB team to the workshop where Mohit worked.

Akshay and Pratap reach Inspector Ninad's house. They find a poison bottle. Inspector Ninad is dead and there is a suicide note. It says that he cheated police force by helping someone with a dead body and whoever reads should inform CID that there is a 2 days old dead body in Powai Lake. Dr.Anjalika examines that dead body and tells Akshay that the suicide note is written by 2 different people. Pratap brings the 2 days old dead body from Powai Lake. That guy died of a gunshot but then someone has taken the bullet from his wound but a small piece of paper was left. That guy's wallet had a photo of the girl whom Akshay saw in the mall.

Meera, Sudarshan and rest of CID SB team reaches Mohit's workshop. Two girls come there and tell them that this is now Kora's workshop. Tejali asks them how Kora created his masterpiece? They get scared and tell them that he made it from the wax mould. Tejali asks them to open it.

When they open the wax mould there is the same mould of a guy and girl hugging. Everyone is shocked. Ajatshatru tell Meera that her husband and that other girl died of someone pouring hot wax on them. Those girls tell Ajatshatru that Kora and his assistants didn't kill them because when they came here the wax mould was already there and when they cut open it, found the statuette. So Kora got grredy to create masterpiece and didn't inform police. They hid the skeletons got from there. 

Anjalika tell Akshay and Pratap that the piece she got from Powai Lake dead body is a piece of paper and ISO 2001 is written on it. ISO 2001 means the best quality things. Akshay guesses that may be the person who removed bullet had used a tweezers and the paper in the tweezers must have been left inside. They go to ISO 2001 certified tweezers company and enquire about it and find that there was another girl working there and from their stock a tweezers is missing. New girl tells them that old girl's name is Ruby and gives her address. 

Paratp and Akshay reach Ruby's house and find that this is the same girl who was at the mall. She tells them that she will come after washing her face. They hear a gunshot and find that girl dead in the room. 

Anjalika joins all the skeleton pieces Ajatshatru and team got from workshop. 2 pieces are still spare. She melts the wax on then and fins that those 2 pieces are part of chopsticks. In the mould too the girl had broken chopsticks on her hair. From the wax Anjalika finds that the girl's hair had Dead Sea (mud from sea). She tells Ajatshatru that Dead Sea treatment is done by Skin doctors on patients of Psoriasis. Ajatshatru asks the team to find Psoriasis specialists. 

Tejali finds the doctor and she tells her that she used to treat Shalini who disappeared 3 years ago. She had met her once at a party with a handsome man with red rose on his shirt. After that party she never saw Shalini. 

Tejali goes to the place where that party was held and asks the manager for the photos. She looks at the pictures and shocked. 

Ajatshatru and team go to Meera and Sudarshan's house and ask about the party.  He first shows them Sudarshan's photo in the party and he says he was there then there is another photo of Mohit, Shalini and Sudarshan. They question Sudarshan and he tells them Shalini was his wife but she was having affair with Mohit so he killed them by pouring wax on both.

This week we saw 2 cases going simultaneously.  One was the wax case and the other was Powai Lake dead body case. Wax case is solved but the other one is yet to be solved. May be they will solve it in a new story.

          Punarjanam - Part 3 aired Sep 28, 2004

Pratap and Jasmine go to the watchman's wife. The watchman's wife tells them that her husband dies 10 years ago in an accident . They ask her as to why after the watchman left the job did he go back to the farmhouse. She said that he needed to get some money. She also says that he was supposed to meet Vishal but not sure why. And she got to know about her husband's accident through Vishal. Pratap and Jasmine are driving when they get a call from Parag. He says that he does not want his name to come in between but Vishal had asked him for the farmhouse key and he told him he did not have it. Pratap and Jasmine go to the farmhouse. There they find cigarette butts and footprints leading to a room. They find clothes in the closet that have blood stain and a knife in the bathroom.

Jasmine and Pratap go to Vishal's house. While Pratap interrogates Vishal Jasmine finds property papers that has Vikram's signature and everything transferred to Vishal and the farmhouse key. They bring him to the bureau where Abhimanyu and Akshay interrogate him but all Vishal says he does not know anything about the clothers or the keys or papers. Dr Niyati tells Ajaatshatru that all these evidences are fake and someone has trapped Vishal and these evidences are only 2-3 days old.

 Ajaatshatru then realizes that the real culprit had Kaushal trapped and when he realized that Vishal was a bigger threat decided to have the boy come with the purnarjanam story. Ajaatshatru asks where is the kid and right then Abhimanyu gets a call saying that Diwakar has been murdered. Diwakar was Suraj's mama and the neighbour said he say a guy stab Diwakar with a knife n ran away with the kid. In the backyard Jasmine and Abhimanyu find a glass piece like those used in specs and Pratap says that among Vishal and Parag its only Parag who wears glasses. They go to Parag'shouse but there is no one. In the shelf there is adecorative skull which has some marks but it has been beautified. Pratap says that this job was done in Parag;s studio and now they have to find the studio.


Preview Suraj is telling Uncle I did not do anything and they show Parag with a knife. Pratap says they have the address so now they should be able to catch Parag. Parag is shown killing some one with the knife. Dr Niyati tells them the skull was injured with knife woulds. Ajatshatru says Akshay's Bob can help them

              Punarjanam - Concluding Part  aired Sep 29, 2004

It starts with yesterday's scene . Pratap, Abhimanyu and Jasmine go to Parag's house. They find a skull that has been decorated and Abhimanyu says that the decorative piece must have been made somewhere and Pratap says it is Parag's own workshop. Ajaatshatru and Tejali are looking over the animation of the entire crime scene where there are flash backs of what Kaushal said incorporated.( The graphics ie the animation was good and the side by side the way they showed real and animated  was excellent) They think as to what has happened after Vishal left the house and came with the police . Tejali points out that although Parag says he was not there , its not a point that should be easily assumed.

Pratap, Abhimanyu and Jasmine are in the car and discussing what they found in the house . Abhimanyu says he is sickened to think that a friend can kill his own friend and use the skull as a decorative piece in the house. Jasmine says they do not know whose skull it is still as they are still waiting for Dr Niyati's reports. Pratap says they need to find out the art workshop soon and he knows that Bob Akshu's childhood friend would be able to help them. Right then Jasmine asks Pratap if she can call Akshay ( Neetu looks like they heard you as that was a longing wish) Pratap smiles and lets her call and in the background there is music. 

Akshay and Bob are talking and the music continues .They show Bob talking to people and going in a taxi . They show this for sometime with music int he background and its all night shots so real dark.In the CID SB Tejali comes with the forensic report. Akshay takes her to the side and says that why did u bring it as I was planning to go and get it from there and that way I could have met Niyati. Tejali tells him niyati has gone to lonovala thats why she sent it for which Akshay stretches his hands and so oh wow lonovala even better.( Akshay was really funny here and romance is in the air ) Ajaasthsatru is watching this and asks what's going on and Tejali says Niyati's dad is sick so she had to leave and gave her results which is that skull is of Vikram.

Akshay gets a call from Bob and right when he is going to write the address bob's call disconnects. Ajaatshatru asks to get the location from the cellphon company while he and Tejali start to go there.( Its so odd if you did not knwo the place where are you planning to go Ajoo) Akshay calls the cellphone compnay and while waiting for the location they saw flash backs of Bob all the happy antics and how he said he wanted to be CID officer and how Akshay kept making fun of him .Ajatshatru is telling Tejali that Akshay has not called them and right then he gets the call that bob was outside bombay in Vashi. They reach a place a see a cellphone broken and nect to it blood and a pic of a temple and 3. Ajastshatru says that Bob must have done this and it looks like they need to go 3 km;s from here and look for a temple. ( How did Bob manage to write anything when he was captured)

Parag is telling the kid that he could nto act well and is just going to kill him when he hears a noise. Pratap ,Jasmine and Abhimanyu come to the workshop. They free Suraj and take Parag into custody. He says that vikram as he started the company was acting too bossy so got him out of the way.Kaushal was nothing less as he was also bossy so decided to get him too out of the way. He was in the farmhouse before and killed Vikram and seeing Kaushal there he was able to get Kaushal trapped but later he got to know that Vikram had left everything property , business to Vishal so now he needed to get Vishal out of the way so did the planting of proofs. ( Why did Vikram only leave it for Vishal and not Kaushal and Parag)
