Lavanya tells Nikhil that they will all have to think of an answer to this question .Nikhil tells Lavanya that he doesn't mind his sister taking such a bold step, but we should not forget that we have a mother whose heart is so weak that she would not be able to take any more shocks… Lavanya agrees to him. Nikhil and Lavanya go and tell Tanya that she should go to some other palce for a while to which Tanya is completely adverse to the idea of going somewhere else and giving birth to the child.. Leela comes to her with a box of sweets…and tells Mandira,that Lavanya is pregnant once gain…Mandira looks shocked as she whispers to her ownself, "…how is this possible, doctor had said that Lavanya would never conceive now Mandira on phone and telling her that Lavanya is really pregnant… Mandira has her doubts on this issue, but the lady doctor almost convinces her…Almost!… not completely.Lavanya and Nikhil have told the doctor about this complex situation of tanya's caseand she has agreed to help them out… Doctor: "…tum log Tanya ko lekar Nainitaal chale jao… wahan par meri ek sister hai jo gynaecologist hai… wo tumhari madad karegi.. Leela is confused knowing that Lavanya will have to go to Nainitaal to deliver the baby…Nikhil tells her that it is been recommended by the doctor .Lavanya tells them that she wants to take Tanya along with her cause tanya will give her company andit will help her get over shakers death aswell.Finally, convinced by the logic, Leela agrees. Tanya is in front of Sarla… She has tears in her eyes as she ties a black thread around Tanya's arm…She says, please remember that you and your child are the only one I am living for… please take care of it Lavanya brings Tanya to her room and shows her saying this is where little Shekhar is going to see the day light. Tanya takes out Shekhar's photo from her luggage and says that no one can replace Shekhar in my life… Uditanshu emerges out of the fog… A clean shaved, jean clad and pleasant looking man .
