They are not replying to any e-mails. Has anyone heard anything. They take our money but don't give us the magazine. It is unacceptable to not even have the April issue in the 3rd week of May!!! The ZingMag publisher is trying to cheat all the customers!!
I contacted billing department back on May 11th and I received a reply that due to some unforseen circumstances the April issue was delayed. The team is working on getting a early May issue released.
I'm going to assume that April and May issues will be combined into one.
