Writing Contest
[By FF, I mean Fiction only, not Fan-Fiction]

Hello everybody!Welcome to the Writing Contest for May-June 2013!
The idea came to my mind when I saw some imposing Fan-fictions on the FF-Forum. I wondered, why do such exemplary authors write Fan-Fictions, and not novels or stories with their own characters?
Honestly, I don't read some Fan-Fictions just because I didn't like the couple. And that was completely my loss! Because when I read some of those FFs anyways, I fell in love!
So, I decided, let us go beyond the limits of the show!I invite you all to the first writing contest that is not only one shots, but also short stories and probably fictions.
A part of this contest will also allow you to present collaborated work. (i.e, two people writing one story.)
IMPORTANTThe contest is a little different then most.You will be submitting your stories to the writer's corner!
Your one shot, short story or fiction will be run as a contest through the likes, and comments of the readers.
YOU WILL NOT PM ME OR ANYONE ELSE FOR SUBMISSION.PM only to enlist your name in participants, and the link to your writing.
Post the story to the Writer's Corner.
PM .Destiny. if you have any problems or questions.

DO NOT PLAGIARIZE. PLAGIARIZING IS A FEDERAL CRIME.


G U I D E L I N E S
ONE-SHOT[One shot is when you write a complete small story of under 1000 words]
If you choose to write a one-shot, you must follow the following rules.
1. The story should contain 700-1000 words.
2. The characters cannot be from a show.
3. Plot should be your own creativity!
4. The language should be professional English and not 'short-lingo'. (i.e You cannot write something like "he wnt 2 fnd her bt found sme1 else.")
5. You can submit upto 3 one shots.
[DEADLINE WILL BE ANNOUNCED SOON - IT WILL BE ATLEAST UNTIL MAY 24th] 

SHORT STORY[Short story is a story written in a few parts.]If you choose to write a short story, you must follow the following rules.
1. The story should have minimum four parts, and maximum seven parts.
2. Each part/chapter should be at least 1000 words. 
3. Characters and Plot should be your own, and cannot be taken from a show. 4. You must use professional English language, and may not use 'short-lingo'. (Not even (u) and (r).)
5. You may submit this as a collaboration work (i.e two people doing one short story) but the collaboration will be voted on different bases.
FICTION[Fiction is a story that can also be called a novela, or novel. Consists of many chapters and is more developed than one shots and short stories.]
1. Please do not re-upload an already uploaded fan-fiction with different names.
2. The fiction should not be related to any of the shows.
3. Characters and plot should be your creativity. 
4. Do not plagiarize someone else's work.
5. Must be at least 10 parts minimum. Maximum, as far as you can go before the deadline.

[THE DEADLINE FOR SS and FICTIONS WILL BE EXTENDED UP TO TWO MONTHS OR MORE, DEPENDING ON THE PARTICIPATORS' CHOICE AND OPINION]
