right translation is

Koi puche kitna tha rana ka bhala
If anyone someone ask how was rana's spear

to kehna ki akbar ke jitna tha bhala
Then tell it was like akbar's (might be height sense as spear is straight rod with pointed on top like arrow)

jo puche koi kaise uthta tha bhala
If someone ask how it use to raise

bata dena hathon me jyon nache mala
Tell them its like dancing garland in hands (as garland is light in weight and one can easily play with it in same kind rana use to play with it easily like garland evenif it is heavy to handle)

chalata tha rana jab ran me ye bhala
When rana use to play this spear in battlefield.

utha deta paun ko mughalon ke bhala
This spear use to make mughals lift their feets, means mughals are so much afraid of his spear that it use to make mughals to run from battlefield.

jo puche kabhi kyun na akbar lada to
If anyone ask why akbar did not fought with Maharana pratap,

bata ena karan tha rana ka bhala
Tell them akbar was scared of Rana Pratap's spear, eventually Maharana Pratap
