Is Ishaan Ayaan's brother by any chance? Because on 30th ka epi, Anu asks Ayaan where is Ishu urf Ishaan and also there was another wardrobe in Ayaan's room with I on it.

ya i read a description of the show somewhere that said that ishaan is ayaan's younger brother who flirts a lot especially with anushka
