On the occasion of her father-in-laws birthday, keettu a.k.a keethika made a big card with photograph cuttings of her entire in-laws family. Anand her husband and she sighed their name together on the card. She then asked him to prepare the balloons and get them down. He tried to protest but all went in vein. On her way down she met her deewar (borther-in-law) ishu who was playing guitar. He was preparing a song for his father on his own and was in two minds whether his father would like his song or not. His bhabi gave him assurance that he would.
Ashish was photo-shooting his wife jaya in their room when keethu entered. She took signature from all the family members in the hand made card and asked them to join her in the celebration

Zor the head of the family and cornel, for whom the entire family was preparing for celebration, he was waiting for his daughter's call. His wife was pulling his legs while he waited for his daughter shraddha's call who leaved in Mimbai. their family seemed to be a very happy go lucky family full of energy.

Shraddha who stayed in an apartment in mumbai prayed to vahi guru ji for her father's long life and happiness there in Mumbai in front of Guru nanak's picture. She also requested him that in no ways her father should know about her miseries at 12 am.

Here in delhi everyone gathered to decorate the house and was having their fun time pulling each other's legs.
It was 12.10 when everyone came inside Zor's room and wished him on his birthday where on the other hand he was worried about his daughter not wishing him on time.. Everyone hugged him and sang "happy birthday". Jaya handed over the card to him and zor blessed keettu.
After that keettu asked her father-in-law about shraddha's phone call, whether she had wished him or not which tensed up the situation.
Jaya seemed a little jealous about Keethu getting a little more attention from her father-in-law than her.
Zor stated that shraddha must be there in Singapore and she and her hubby bobby must have slept along with their son dhruve due to zonal difference.

In Mumbai, dhurv, shraddha's son reminded his mother about his grand father's birthday. He also said that he was trying to reach him but his mother's phone was not reaching, it was saying it was disconnected due to zero balance. Shraddha felt sad and said "lets record a message for him and when the phone gets connected the message will reach to him". Poor dhruv unware of their misery felt happy and did as his mom said. they both wished him happy birthday together over the phone which connected no where.
Shraddha started crying holding dhruv in her lap missing her father.
After making dhruv sleep shraddha came to see the pending bills. Looking at the little money that she had with her she wondered how will she pay back their 3 months home rent.

Next morning Zor was gardening when his wife came and handed over his tea. He was grumpy for not receiving his daughter's call. He cursed his son-in-law for not allowing his daughter to call them up. Zor's wife said bobby loves their daughter and their daughter loves him. Their son-in-law doesnot like them and that's why he doesnot talk to them but he never stopped shraddha from contacting her parents in last 7 years.
Shraddha's parents were also informed that from past one year three of them were traveling whole world but actually they were not.
He was a happy man, happy family, loving wife, careing dauther-in-law the only thing which was missing was his daughter.

In Mumbai Shraddha was earning by doing dabba service (sending food to her clients). She was supposed to get some payment from her client but she came to know that, her client was traveling. It was her last day to pay off rant and the makan malik (the owner of the house) reached at her door step that very moment. Jethly bhai asked for the money from shraddha. Shraddha tried to make him understand but he behaved quite rudely and stated that if she doensot give, then he will be bound to take away all the funitures.
Shraddha tried to remind him of her hunsband who was not with her. But he did not listen to her at all. He snatched the money from her hand and informed her that if she doesnot pay the full amount by tomorrow, he is going to throw her and her son out of the house. Shraddha helplessly sat alone wiping bitterly unable to find the way to manage the situation.

Shraddha's brother tired to call her up and found that her phone was disconnected.

In mumai, shraddha tried to sell off all the utilities that she had to collect the money for rent.

In delhi, while kreetu and anand were doing veggie shopping, their mind was only focused on Shraddha. Anand kept on calling her but all went in vein. Kreetu asked anand to call and check bobby's number. Anand said he tried his number also but he did not respond.
Zor was scoling his son ishu for bunking his collage when jaya came and said, its she who had asked him to take a day off as shraddha didi did not call and they wanted to stay close to him. Remembering her unavailability Zor became sad.
Zor stated that he did not want to celebrate his birthday and went inside his room. Leaving everyone in the living room.

Keettu tried to lite up her father-in-laws mood. When she reached to his room she heard him saying that how children changes in time.

Shraddha recharged her mobile to speak to her dad, but due to stress she walked clumsily on the road and fell down and a car ran down her mobile breaking it into pieces.
**
Keettu was successful to get zor out of his room by blackmailing him emotionally.
Everyone gathered in their living room for the cake cutting ceremony. Just when he was about to cut the cake, his phone rung and it was non other than his daughter Shraddha calling him from her landline number.
Zor was overwhelmed to hear his daughter's voice.
