is shradha is daughter from first wife??? 

not yet  clearly shown ...but may be they hav showed sum sort of discord between mom n daughter...

I think that is what the story line would be. Because clearly the rest of the family did not agree to Shradda and Bobby's wedding, yet she is still speaking to them. So i think the discord does not stem from anything except that likely the wife is the step mother of Anand and Shradha, and the biological mother of the two younger sons.
