Episode 73 Updates - 2 May 2013 Thursday 

Scene starts with Rani continuing to teach Surya how to be a lawyer 😆😆 and comes up with some super dialogues. 👏👏👏  Selvi and Thenu are laughing quietly 😆 while Surya looks confused. 😆 Just then Vani comes and watches them from upstairs. Rani then ends her speech and asks Thenu for her verdict. Thenu laughs but she and the others see Vani and keep silent. Rani still happily dancing 🤣  and asks Thenu. She turns and to her shock sees Vani watching them all. (Rani appadiyae shock!!! 😲😲😲)

 

 Rani shock 😆😆😆 then quickly gives file to Surya and pretends she is folding the lawyer's suit. 🤣🤣 Surya pottuvangufies Rani saying he did not want this and says Rani is the one who gave him a case. 😆😆 Rani tries to keep Surya quiet 😆 while Thenu says to Vani that Rani is not going to stop until she makes Surya become a lawyer.😆  She says if Vani did not come now, Rani would have told everything from the Kattabomman film. Vani asks Surya to come up but he is scared. Rani quickly escapes to the kitchen with Thenu and Selvi. 😆😆

 

Surya goes to see Vani. Vani says she is happy to see him handling a case in court. Surya replies he does not know what to do and Rani and Point Uncle made him stuck in this matter. Vani says this is a good way to use your education and not waste it and asks him to be confident but Surya says he is still nervous about court. Vani says everyone will be like that at the start but will soon be alright. Just then Rani comes to hear what they are saying from outside the room.😆

 

 

 Vani says this case is very easy to solve. Vani says the farmer is facing difficulty and not able to settle the loan but Surya says it is only right to pay it off and says excuses cannot be given such as lack of rain and growth of plants. Rani adichufy her head with hand. 😆 Vani is amused and asks who Surya is rooting for. He says Point Uncle asks him to speak for the farmer but he is thinking about changing sides. But Vani says if you torture someone to receive the money if he has problems, it is against the law and says money loan exists worldwide and gives examples. Surya asks why do we need to know this but Vani says knowledge is power 👏👏👏 and says to Surya that he must help the lawyer and give him some time to settle loan and not let him off freely and explains the qualities of a good lawyer. She asks him to gather points and speak confidently and wishes him luck as the hearing is tomorrow.

 

 

 

But she tells not to talk like how Rani shown and that only works for cinema and not real court. 🤣🤣 Rani quickly enters and tells Vani that even though it is cinema dialogue, it still exists for long time and tells it to make Surya braver.😆  She asks Vani if she was repeating what Rani said in English and says she understands. 😆 Vani asks Surya to leave but Rani catches him and says to gather points from books like what Vani said but Surya says all this is because of the Point Uncle and he is making him into a dummy piece. But Rani says this way Surya will be more popular in the town.😆 Surya is scared while from inside Vani listens and laughs. 😆😆😆

 

Scene shifts to Manickam's house. Karthi is leaving for college and says goodbye to his parents. His father asks what year he is studying in. Karthi says 2^nd and there is still one more year. Dad asks if he will finish properly and says the reason why he is asking is because his mother is really worried for him. Karthik says he is not bad in his studies and says he will pass. Dad says that is what he thinks but he says even if you pass, your mother is worried that your life will be ruined. Dad asks why he is getting involved in Grandpa's problems and asks if he knows Vani and Rani well and asks why he cares so much and why he is fighting with their kids. All the time Karthik give killer stare at his mother. Dad says it is okay to care and do things your Grandpa likes, but if you make enemies and try to take revenge, resulting in your failure in studies, your life will be ruined.

 

 

 Mekala tells she thinks even studies are not important but her husband silences her. Dad says we must think of our situation and even though we have food, we do not have much and says Gautham is from a rich background and if Karthi goes and fights with him, it will be very hard to release him and says all criminals in town are scared when they hear Vani's name. Dad says even though we dislike them, they are not nothing. Karthi asks if Dad is trying to ask him to be scared and hide and Dad says not to see them again and tells no need to take revenge on his grandpa's behalf. Dad also tells that Grandpa cannot give back Karthi's life it is ruined and asks him to understand. Karthi is tensed and leaves. 😕

 

Swami goes to see Bhoomi. Bhoomi asks him to close the door and asks Swami whether he disturbed Swami during his thinking about the future and says it is good but it should have been done 10 years ago, then Swami would have been more successful than Bhoomi. Bhoomi decides not to talk about the past and instead of the future and asks Swami about his plans for separate house and asks when he is going. Swami believes this will not work out. Bhoomi says Swami can do it and says his problem is not believing in his strengths and only realises when told by others and says he is like Haunman. Bhoomi advises Swami not to hesitate and make an immediate decision. Swami says he have no such decision and Bhoomi asks him how long he is going to eat in Bhoomi's money and says he will have a guilty feeling one day. Swami says he never thought it like that and says he is only calling Bhoomi "anna" but he thinks of Bhoomi and Vani as his parents. 👍🏼

 

Bhoomi laughs and says thinking and living are different  and says whatever he thinks, the care and affection he has on Swami is not going to change. Bhoomi says for him to understand, he has already selected a house for Swami and paid the advance. Swami shocked while Bhoomi is smiling. He says since he is new into the business, he must have a lot of work and have no time to search for a house and says the house he chose is very nice and says surely Swami will like it and asks him to go and see it. He says even though rent is expensive, market rate is correct so he said ok. He says for the first six months, he will pay and Swami need not do it and says soon Swami will buy a new house. He will give the address and asks Swami to bring Rani to check out the house tomorrow and will find another house if they don't like it. He wishes Swami all the best and that all will be good. Swami leaves sadly  while Bhoomi continues to smile and later is relieved.😡😡 

 

 

Swami sits down feeling upset while a boy comes in to the house bring water. Rani says I have already opened the door so why are you still using the doorbell. Boy says he is used to it and says some house owners scold him if bell is not rung. Rani says she won't scold and says you have been coming here for so long. She says she feels sad as after ten more days, she is going to stop his company from coming. Swami looks up, a little shocked. Boy also shocked and asks Rani why she is saying this.

 

 

Rani asks the boy "Don't you know?" and says Swami has started a water company and says he is going to supply water to everyone in the town and says why we must go outside to buy water. Rani asks Swami "Ten more days, right?" Boy asks if Swami is starting a business and congratulates and wishes him. Swami smiles. Boy asked Rani why she did not say this earlier. Rani asks Boy where he is buying all this water from. He says Thiruvathiyur.  Rani says their company is at Redhills and same distance from here to Thiruvathiyur. She asks him to come to their company in ten days and says when he tastes the water in their company, he will be surprised. Boy jokes whether they are going to put coconut water in the can instead of normal water.😆 Rani not amused 😊 and says this joke is unnecessary and later smiles, saying the water from our company is better than coconut water. 😆😆😆

 

 

Swami tells Rani to let the boy go. Rani asks him to keep quiet and says only if we tell about our business to people, then they will know.  She tells Boy to remember to come to the company in ten days and Boy agrees to do so and leaves. Swami asks Rani why she is doing this. Rani asks are we going to put advertisement in the newspaper and says we must tell about it to our friends and only then our business will be successful. Swami says that is alright but don't give commitment of 10 days and says all the machines are old and have small problems and only can be run after repaired. Swami says it makes take some time and Rani says let it be. Rani says must tell that the tiger is coming and before the food is served on the table, the aroma will already be smelt by the tiger. Rani tells Swami not to give excuses and to start the business quickly and says the children are really wishing that the business becomes successful.

 

 

Swami sadly looks at Rani and remembers Bhoomi saying that he had chosen a house and paid the advance and Rani saying about the kids' wish. Screen freezes on smiling Rani and sad Swami 😭😭😭...

Episode 76

 

 

Rajesh from afar finds Gautham dropping off Selvi and them talking before dropping her off. Rajesh tries calling Selvi through his handphone several times but she doesn't so Rajesh thinks she changed her number and is upset.

 

 

Later at home, Selvi is feeling depressed thinking about her memories with Rajesh and cries to herself. Thenu finds Selvi crying and asks her what is going on but Selvi handles the situation and asks Thenu to leave.  

 

The next day, Selvi sitting down thinking while two of her friends wonder why she is so sad. Selvi tries to deny it but one of her friends know that she is sad because she broke up with Rajesh. Selvi says now her family is more important to her and she is facing a lot of problems. At the same time, Rajesh has become enemies with everyone in her family and she doesn't believe that this will work out. Her friends start to tease her and that she was scared and forced to make this decision but Selvi says she decided this herself.

 

 

Just then Rajesh enters and tries to talk to Selvi but she ignores him. He tries to plead with her and asks what he did wrong but she says she is not saying playfully anymore and it's true that it is over between them. She says she does not want to give him hope that she will marry him and asks him to forget her.

 

 

 

Rajesh says if this is her decision then he will choose to die and shows Selvi a poison bottle. She doesn't believe him and tells him not to put up a drama to create sympathy and leaves. Rajesh tries to plead with her but she doesn't listen and walks off, saying he is trying to cheat her with a bottle of honey claiming to be poison. Rajesh then opens the bottle and swallows the poison and expects Selvi to look at him.😲😲😲 (hope Selvi doesn't follow Mano and Jothi wedding 😕)

 

 

Selvi doesn't believe that he has drunk it but when she looks back, she sees him fainting and becoming unconscious. She tells him not to act but later realises it's true. Selvi runs to him and cries for him to wake up and asks someone to help her. 😭

 

Rajesh is brought to hospital in an ambulance and they bring him in a stretcher into the ICU... Doctor checks his pulse.

 

 

Outside ICU, all of Selvi's friends blame Selvi for Rajesh drinking poison,  saying that she didn't give much thought to him even when he ran after her and that he is a good man. They also says if something happens to Rajesh, they won't spare Selvi. Selvi cries and begs them not to hurt her with words and if they continue, she will die before Rajesh and says she thought he was playing.

 

 

Later doctor comes out and tells Rajesh is in a critical stage as there is poison in his blood and they must keep him in observation for results. He asks them to pay 45000 in advance and asks whether they informed his parents. They lie to doctor that parents will come soon and they will pay for him first before parents.

 

 

Friends are confused how to pay 45000 and start taking out their money to contribute but they only have 3000. One friend wants to tell Rajesh's parents but another one says it will be a big problem and we still have not called the police and that they must save Rajesh before anyone finds out.

 

 

Then Selvi gives her ring and asks one of her friends to sell it.  All of them surprised by this. 👏👏👏 (well done selvi)

 

 

Later on, Rajesh's father calls and they attend the phone lying that Rajesh is involved in a project and that he will return tomorrow. They say that they will make him talk if possible.

 

 

Selvi's phone also rings and she sees that it is from home and her friends tell her not to reveal the truth. Selvi picks up and Thenu asks why she has still not returned home since it is late. Selvi says she will come and puts down the phone without answering Thenu's question.

 

 

Thenu who is curious calls again and this time Selvi's friend picks up and says there is a problem and one of their friends got into an accident and in hospital so Selvi will return home late. Thenu says that Selvi should have said this before and puts down the phone.

 

 

Later at night, Thenu is studying while Swami walks around thinking, and asks Thenu where is Selvi. Thenu tells that Selvi's friend got into an accident. Swami is suspicious (I think he knows it's Rajesh - let's see) and asks which friend and which hospital but Thenu says she doesn't know.

 

 

Swami goes over to the front of the house and waits for Selvi and looks at the gate. Meanwhile Selvi is waiting outside the ICU sadly while Rajesh is still unconscious.

Wednesday May 8th Updates

Selvi comes back home and swami ask her what happen. Selvi tells him her friend rajesh had commite suicide due to love failure. Swami gives a long talk about how kids loves and how this effects the family. He ask selvi to go with her friends tomorrow to convince her parents to get her married to her selected guy. Selvi ask how come his father ask to help her in love when he knows this would hurt the family. Father says rather then losing the daughter its better is is alive somewhere they can see her. Yet this is going to be a big punishment the girl getting because definitely her parents are going to suffer for the rest of their lives with their daughter getting married like that with no full blessings from them. Selvi is more confused.

Karthik father talking to lawyer who once again suggest Vani is the only person who can win this case fast for them. Father is considering it while Karthik goes against it saying it would hurt grandfather a lot by asking Vani help. Father shuts him off.

Selvi comes to see Rajesh. Friends all scolds and gives long talk to selvi and ask her to not play with Rajesh life. Selvi pleads them not to blame her like that as her family situation such. Her friends ask continues to brainwash her and ask her to get married to Rajesh today. Selvi ask how is that possible. Friends gives exampe of alaipayuthey movie Selvi thinks of her parents and rajesh and friends and finally says okay she agrees for marriage. Rajesh who had been silent all this while is shock too

Episode 78 Updates - 9th May 2013 Thursday

Selvi says OK to the marriage and tells Rajesh not to do anymore

stupid things or she herself will kill him. Rajesh feels happy that

Selvi has agreed to the marriage and says his life would have ended

if she had said no. Friends all smile and begin plans for the marriage and

says it should take place tomorrow. Selvi is a bit scared.

 

 

At home, Selvi is at the motta madi thinking about herself and

Rajesh and starts crying. Swami comes up and asks her why she is

crying. He comes to know of Selvi missing Rajesh. He tells he and

Rani is not against her love but they want her to have a good life and

asks her to forget him as it is not worth it.

 

 

He says he trusts her that she won't make any hasty decisions. He

says if she does, and something happens to Rani, he won't be alive.

He says family is important to Rani but Rani is most important to him.

👏👏👏

 

 

The next day, marriage is taking place in a temple and Rajesh is in a

mappilai attire and his friends are making all the preparations. But they

are worried as Selvi has still not arrived.

 

 

Meanwhile, Selvi still thinks about what her father said last night and is

worried. She receives several calls from her friends but does not answer

them. Finally she does and says she will be arriving soon. Rajesh comes over

and asks whether Selvi is on the way and the friends agree.

 

 

Selvi is still in a very confused state of mind and in the end, she

goes to see Vani. She falls on Vani's feet and asks for forgiveness.

Vani is surprised and asks what is the matter. Selvi says

I am asking for apologies now than later as I going to make

a mistake and tells about all the events  - from Rani

finding out to Rajesh consuming poison and Swami telling

her to forget him. Vani is shocked for a while...

 

 

A car leaves from Vani's house and arrives at the temple.

Selvi's friends come to see who it is. Out of the car comes

Selvi and Vani... Rajesh is shocked to see Vani.

Vani tells Selvi to be brave and holds her hand and

both enter the temple.

Episode 79 Updates - 10th May 2013 Friday

 

Vani, Selvi and Point Uncle get down from the car and walk into the temple while Rajesh and friends shocked to see Vani. Vani asks why all of them have such reactions and asks whether it is because of them holding a secret wedding.

 

She then says it's nothing wrong for them to marry and says she has come on behalf of bride's side as at least one person needs to come. She then asks them if they are all feeling guilty and explains what marriage should be and that it should not affect the families of both the bride and groom and says that should only happen when one is well-settled in life. She demands to know whether Rajesh will be a burden on his parents by asking for money since they are still only in college and says nowadays payments for basic needs are very costly. She asks Rajesh if he is being responsible in his studies and if one day another better girl appears, will he throw away Selvi? 👏👏👏

 

Friends think Vani is trying to stop the wedding and voice out their opinions. Vani says they are talking in the wrong way and that she is merely postponing the wedding to two years and during this time, Selvi and Rajesh must not talk and meet each other and should be only concentrating in their studies and find a good job. After two years if they are still in love, Vani says she will personally hold their wedding. Rajesh finally agrees to this and bades farewell to Selvi as she, Vani and Point Uncle leaves. When they reach home, Vani asks Selvi not to talk about the matter to anyone at home and even though it is difficult, she must forget about it and Selvi agrees and goes to her room and cries. Point Uncle follows Vani to her office to collect some files.

 

Rani says hello and asks Vani  if she is arriving from the temple. Point Uncle, Vani and Selvi are all shocked. 😲😲😲 Rani asks whether the wedding went on smoothly and where is Selvi since Vani brought her. All still confused on whether Rani knows about what happened. But Rani says some others came to give invitation and that she marked it on the calendar and thought Vani and Selvi went for it.

 

Vani and Point Uncle return to her office and Vani is surprised about her sister's innocence and wonders if she is exploiting it by giving Rajesh a marriage vow and not telling it to Rani. She wonders about Rani's reaction if she finds out about this and whether she will get angry with Vani for making decisions about Selvi's life. She is also worried about such situations happening in Selvi's life and what would have happened if Selvi agreed. But Point Uncle says Rani thinks the world of Vani and will accept her decision and says it is normal for college students like Selvi to fall in love and assures her she did the right thing. 👏👏👏 Point Uncle leaves while Vani sits there thinking...

 

Freeze on Selvi and Vani...

Swami crying to Bhoomi that if Rani moves away she will die as she loves Vani very much. 😭

Bhoomi asks him why he is saying and worrying that his wife will die if he moves. He says onnu pona innoru varum 😲😲😲 (This Bhoomi is very bad...😡) Swami holds Bhoomi's shirt and shouts"Annae!" 👏👏👏 and Vani is watching all this (I hope she talks some sense into Bhoomi)

 Monday Updates (13 May 2013) - Episode 80

 

Rajesh rides on his bike and on the way meets some of his friends and they enquire about his health. He replies it is ok but soon later sees Selvi coming in her bike and quickly leaves. Friends are confused until they see Selvi and tell her that Rajesh has so much affection for her since he followed Vani's promise. Selvi thinks and leaves.

 

 

Swami goes to Bhoomi's granite company and Bhoomi is happy to see him thinking that Swami is moving house but Swami says he can't do that. Bhoomi is frustrated and tells him not to give excuses and be scared. But Swami says he is doing all this for kids to be happy. Bhoomi says there is a price for everything in the world and says he must leave the house and says Rani will die if they move as she loves Vani so much. Bhoomi asks why he is so worried and says if one thing goes, another thing will come. Swami gets angry and shouts "Annae" and holds his shirt.

 

 

Swami later sees what he is doing and releases and apologises. Bhoomi says leave it and says he won't change his decision and leaves. Swami crying and sits on the beach thinking about the water plant opening ceremony and Bhoomi's words on their different births and Rani telling about how the kids want to help with the business. Later he sees some guys drinking and goes near them...

 

 

Meanwhile Selvi sitting at home and thinking about Vani's speech in the temple. Thenu and Saravana come in and ask her why she is so moody lately but she insists that she is fine and asks them to leave. From upstairs Vani notices all this and calls Selvi up. Selvi says she is still very upset and can't be normal but Vani says she must try for their families' sake and asks if Rani will be able to take this and says Rani is much cleverer than her and tells her not to behave to make anyone else suspicious like Thenu and Saravana. Vani watches Selvi leave.

 

 

Swami walks to his company building and is apparently drunk. He looks at all the bottles and bags in emotion. He then goes over to the main switch and remembers Bhoomi's words. He presses the button and gets electrocuted, then he falls down and faints.

 

 

Swami is back home with the whole family standing around him in concern. Rani and the kids are sad while Vani is in tension and Bhoomi is angry. Anaconda looks interested about what is happening. Bhoomi asks him to look up and says he should not bow down because of what he did. He said those who believed him must bow down. Swami does not reply. Bhoomi asks him to at least look at Rani who went to so many temple praying for him and his business. Swami slowly looks up and faces sad Rani...

Tuesday Updates (14 May 2013) - Episode 81

 

Bhoomi asks him to look up and says he should not bow down because of what he did. He said those who believed him must bow down. Swami does not reply. Bhoomi asks him to at least look at Rani who went to so many temple praying for him and his business. Swami slowly looks up and faces sad Rani...

 

 

He then asks everybody if they are happy now as they all thought he was the villain who did not allow Swami to do business. No one replies and Bhoomi gives a long lecture about himself working hard for so many years for his own business and Swami has not even held his business for one month and he is trying to destroy it and asks where Swami took up drinking. He later asks Swami to eat and leaves.

 

 

Vani looks at Swami and he spoiled all the hope she had on his business and she does not know how she is going to have that trust in Swami again. Swami cries and says Anni... but Vani does not want to hear any explanation. 😭

 

 

Gautham says last time he was mad at his father for not allowing Swami to hold a business but Gautham says he now feels it is right that Bhoomi should have done that. Surya advises Swami to take care of his health and not to drink any more as it is bad for the liver.

 

 

Anaconda tells them all to go if not Swami will drink some more and create more problems in the house... 😡

 

 

Selvi later asks Swami if he did this because of her and Rajesh and she apologises if he did and promises that she will not see him.

 

 

Later, Swami and Rani sit in the room. Swami regrets for what he has done and is very pained to see Vani's trust and the kids' dreams shattered but Rani tells him not to care about that and that she does not know  everything and tells him to be positive and that everything happens for a reason.

 

 

Swami says everyone else have vented out their anger and scolded him but Rani has not done so and asks her to do it so he will be at peace. Rani asks him why she must scold him as he did no wrong. Rani says she does not believe that he committed any mistake and tells him that she knows Bhoomi must have told him to leave the business if he wanted to stay in this house. Swami shocked...

 

 

Rani tells Swami not to lie to her on this matter. Swami asks her how she knew this and is surprised. Rani says from the first day she saw him, she also saw his brother and know how they are like and says that Swami did this whole-heartedly and spoiled the machine so that their lives won't be spoiled if the family separates and says her husband Swami is clever as well. 👏

 

 

Swami cries a lot and she tells him not to care about the past anymore. Rani asks him why he is crying like a small child. Swami is emotional that she alone understands him and says that is enough for his life. 👏 Rani says Vani used to say for a country to be well-off, a town will be sacrificed and for a town to be good, a house will be sacrificed. Rani says it is not wrong that Swami gave away the company.
