The episode saw the contestants singing songs from the year they were born. Not to be left behind, Sonakshi and Ranveer also rendered their favourite songs. when Anjana sang Tu Aashiqui Hai from Jhankaar Beats, Sonakshi joined her, saying the song reminded her of school days , the actress confessed she would secretly hear this song while preparing for exams. Ranveer made a special request to one of the participants, Eman Choudhury, to sing his favourite number Humma Humma. He also imitated the dancing style of two Khans ' Salman and Shah Rukh.
Another highlight of the episode was Sonakshi meeting her namesake ' Sonakshi Kar. The actress also shook a leg with junior Sonakshi, to the song Hawa Hawai (Mr India).
Indian Idol Junior airs tonight at 8.30 on Sony Entertainment Television.
