Cardio and weight training would help you to loose weight without spoiling your skin and leaving any marks behind. Only running would not be a good solution, you can start with running but gradually move on to Cardio and weight training as well.

Yes Ofcourse you can lose weight by running. But make sure you follow that with a proper diet. A balance is needed to be maintained. Good luck. For a balanced diet you can check on google for some healthy recipes.

Yes but morning walk is best option than running.

running is good for reducing weight but you can also use some supplements and nutrition to do it fast.

It definitely helps you but you must have patience because it take much more time to get rid of overweight from running rather than other physical activities.
