Nd i dont know i always feel karan tacker would make an amazing stefan...
Nina...cant think of anyone close to her but...maybeee jennifer winget with those dusky complexion

If we talk about Bollywood, not serials.
Elena / Kath: Katrina Kaif
Damon: Umm that is difficult maybe Shahid Kapoor.
Stefan: Maybe Hrithik.

Tellywood:

Elena / Kath: Avika Gor
Damon: Rithvik Dhanjani or Avinesh Rekhi
Stefan: For him its hard to found maybe VD as his Abhay was same like Stefan.

idk but i dont think so the acting the tvd series actors are doing is just awesome and in bollywood i dont think so their is any actor and actress who can replace them...

and if we say elena character can be played by katrina kaif...then here is the thing she only have voice but no acting...

Can't imagine anyone playing Stefan Salvatore besides Paul
But I can totally imagine Damon as Sid, maybe Ark.
Elena as Katrina or Deepika.
